This "normal looking" range is actually a unique, one-of-a-kind Sharp electric range/microwave drawer/conventional-convection oven. It was also discontinued several years ago. At a cost of nearly$1,500, it is the centerpiece of a kitchen remodel and is irreplaceable.

When Sharp factory-authorized service centers declined repair requests, Action Appliance provided the needed attention on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 years to replace the "brain," a thermocouple, and most recently a burner. Each visit was arranged by a professional and efficient office staff that scheduled, confirmed, and followed up. The same service tech, Lenny, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and thoroughly to diagnose the problem and perform the required repairs in a warm and congenial manner.

The Action team has turned a frustrating nightmare into a really rewarding experience.

Just had my 2020LG refrigerator repaired by Action Appliance and the technician Fred Rodriguez was excellent! He diagnosed, ordered the parts and came very quickly to do the repair. I have nothing but praise for Fred. He was so knowledgeable and experienced! Excellent experience. I would highly recommend!!

Action appliances are without a doubt the place to call if you need repairs. From the young lady that answers the phone, Nadia, to their repair person that comes out to ur house they are wonderful. When you call and you cane see the smile on Nadia's face right thru the phone she is so pleasent and professional. Our repair man who came out, Lenny, was gr8. From Alicia’s first phone call from Action Appliance to the next day diagnosis I was impressed at how fast they responded. I received next day delivery of the part (to my home) and the following day was the installment of my washer lid lock. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. Thank you to the office staff and to Lenny my technician.

Nadia was super professional and she followed through until the service appointment was complete and she even helped me order some filters for my refrigerator. Lenny was our technician. He was friendly, professional and fixed our issues promptly and with great expertise. I would definitely recommend Action Appliance Inc!

Fred has came out to my house twice in the last year for two separate issues with appliances. He has always been so helpful and quick to fix things. He takes time to explain why something might have happen and what he was going to do to fix it.

When Fred came to fix my refrigerator I knew he was the perfect individual for the job. He thoroughly explained the steps he had to perform to make it function. The price was very reasonable.
I would recommend him highly. Kudos to Fred.

Awesome. Great service, more than fair rates. Had trouble with my dishwasher, promptly sent a technician next day; $95 paid at time of scheduling. Lenny arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem in addition to helping with another dishwasher issue that had been bothering me. I had an experience with Action appliance since last year for repair of my LG refrigerator unit. Two weeks ago had trouble with my unit and without any hesitation called them. I've had the pleasure to experience a memorable customer service experience with Action Appliance! I was referred by Lowe's when my icemaker on my Whirlpool refrigerator malfunctioned and they were expedient, efficient, and effective in solving my issue! There staff was professional on the phone and when arriving in my home. Gary was friendly while servicing our refrigerator by engaging in conversation with my husband and didn't take long to fix the problem. I had to communicate with Nadia, the receptionist a few times due to the part having to be ordered and each and every time and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I would be amiss if I did not write this review because customer service is extinct these days so when I happen to discover extraordinary service I give praise where praise is due!

Action Appliance is BY FAR the BEST appliance service center in our area. I own a local contracting business on the Treasure Coast and will use them and refer them to every client I have. This company keeps it basic. They are not there to sell you stuff you don't need. They come promptly and clean. They are educated in a ton of brands as well are certified for all the top brands. Everyone at Action Appliance were great to deal with. Very helpful and concerned about our washer repair.
While we were waiting for a back ordered part they kept me advised as to what was happening. As there seemed to be an issue with back ordered parts with no immediate result, they handled the issue with my extended warranty company, and I received an immediate reimbursement for the cost of getting a new washer.

Nadia was the kind of Service coordinator you will also love to work with. She was very knowledgeable about dryer repair. And… she was open to my suggestion about adding a couple “most often fails” maintenance parts for the unit we have. She even searched for the best “genuine” parts vendor, who was able to supply them in a most timely manner. She made it work for me, for my tenant’s schedule, and for the repair tech… everything was there for him to get the job done!

Kudos to Nadia on her people skills too! She worked with my tenant to schedule the visit. She remained nice, and was respectful when my tenant presented some difficult hurdles. We were able to get the full job done in a timely manner that worked for all three of us!

We called this company the week between Christmas and New Years. The appointment was made for 2 days after the phone call. On that day, the repairman, Fred, showed up on time and texted us when he was 25 minutes away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our dishwasher in 10 to 15 minutes at a very reasonable price.
