Second time we have used them through our warranty with LG. Hands down the best in the area. Nadia is not only prompt with her replies, she does what she says she is going to do. Follows up and goes the extra mile. She truly cares about helping customers! Fred came out and diagnosed the problem with the fridge, and then came out to fix the problem. Action Appliance is by far the best in the business!

Action Appliance came out for a warranty repair that turned out to be nothing related to the appliance. They were very diligent in trying to identify the problem and we couldn’t have done it without them. We will definitely call Action for any future appliance repairs needed.

Action Appliance was chosen by the service warranty company that I have on my GE Refrigerator. I was very easy to work with. Everyone I spoke with on the phone, and both Serviceman who came to my home to fix my ice maker& freezer problem were very pleasant, professional and competent. Very professional and organized company. I would definitely recommend. They text you with your appointment well ahead of time. They tell you exactly who will be there. The office staff is excellent. They send you detailed invoices of work performed by the technician and pics to go with it. The cost of my repair was so inexpensive. I will definitely use them again.

America is a throwaway nation Appliance Doctor helps the common man with repair parts unable to get at Big Box stores a great place and very knowledgeable.

Only place that repairs power equipment anymore and they do a great job.
