This is now my second time using action repair for my fridge . Nadia to begin with was outstanding! She got everything handled with Samsung very fast and was able to get the parts need and a technician to the house asap. Both technicians were professional friendly and did great work. Very happy with action appliance and would definitely recommend them.

When I called the person knew exactly what I was calling about and how to efficiently get the job done without delay for the refrigerator because they had had dealt with hundreds of them. The repairman came immediately the next day and was done in about an hour. Knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate about this issue made this repair so easy. They are top notch!

Great experience and customer service! Never great to lose an appliance at the start of a long holiday weekend, but this company made it as pleasant an experience as possible getting us on the schedule. They were very timely, responsive, and as nice as could be. Had parts on truck, service was quick and professional (Fred took his shoes off before coming in our house, and rearranged his vehicle in driveway to get us all in). Would recommend and would call them again when we have future appliance repair needs. Thank you!

Technician Fred did a Wonderful job. I called in to have my Washer Repaired. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Upon his return to finish the repair my Refrigerator stopped working. He diagnosed the Refrigerator after repairing the Washer and also was able to get my Fridge fixed on the spot. Glad they know what they are doing. Truly pleased with their Service and would Highly Recommend.

Fred is my hero. Due to negligence by Jetson I haven’t had a stove since January. Fred Rodriguez diligently stayed with a very prolonged and delayed repair. He is kind knowledgeable and the best of service people. Thank you Fred!!!!

We were in a pinch for time and Lenny came out the very next day after calling them. He was very professional and knowledgeable. All interaction with Action Appliance were easy, prompt, and polite. Will definitely call them again.

Fred came today to fix my stove, he is very nice answered our questions. Very happy with him, this is the third time he has been here, once with my freezer and now, to order parts for my oven/ stove and insert them.

Amazing communication, my appointment was set up with no issues. My technician, Fred, let me know when he was on the way as promised. The job was completed and all issues resolved. The office staff was super helpful as well. Great experience!

I needed a repair through my Lowe’s service plan and was given a different company original. Rex appliance is horrible!!! After demanding a new company, I was sent to action appliance. They are phenomenal. They are who I will use for any of my Appliance Repair needs. They were responsive and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everyone that I spoke with at this company was respectful and honored my time.

Action Appliance was dispatched by LG for my refrigerator issue! I was panicking as I stored my baby's food in there and needed someone out as soon as possible. Nadia was fantastic and took care of me. She made a super stressful situation so much less stressful. I can not recommend them enough. Fred the technician was quick and efficient! Thank you Action Appliance! You guys are awesome!

I highly recommend Action Appliance for all appliance repair jobs. We had Lenny service our dishwasher and he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. Excellent customer service, support and communication!

My 7-year-old LG refrigerator/freezer had stopped cooling, and Action Appliance was recommended to me by someone who doesn’t work on that brand. Fred is the AA company’s LG expert. He talked me through getting the sales paperwork again to support my warranty (so I wouldn’t have to pay insane money), and made the repair expeditiously this morning. My freezer is already freezing ice cubes again and I look forward to being able to put food back in shortly. I can’t say I recommend LG, at all, but I whole-heartedly recommend Fred and Action Appliance!

Representative Fred was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and very cognizant of a time frame issue I had. He had compressor to replace failed one on his truck and completed job in one visit.

We had a wonderful experience with Action Appliance! Fred was our technician and was very polite, informative and spot on with diagnosing and repairing our Samsung fridge. Connie and her team in the office are amazing and a pleasure to work with. Connie went the extra mile to ensure that Samsung honored what they were responsible for, and she was upfront/honest about what my costs would be. We would absolutely use Action Appliance again and highly recommend them.

We needed a repair on a Maytag washer. I spoke with Connie regarding the issue. She asked for a picture, or video of the problem. The next day I was informed that the technician looked at the video, and diagnosed the problem. I was told the part would be ordered, and direct shipped to my home. Once the part arrived, which was two days later I notified Connie the part had arrived. Within two days their technician Fred arrived on time. My wife stated he was friendly, and professional and finished the repair within ten minutes.

I have used Action Appliance for over 3 years. They have serviced my washer/dryer,refrigerator and dishwasher. They have saved me the cost of brand new items with reasonable and professional repairs. I have referred my friends and family and they were satisfied as well.My thanks to Connie,Lenny and the crew. We will always call them for repairs or consults.

I have been using Action appliance for many years, most recently in December 2023 when my LG oven would not heat up after having a part replaced 151 days prior. Action determined it was the same part and even though the part was just outside the 90 day warranty period and LG said they would not cover it. That didn't stop Action Appliance who went to bat and escalated the decision to LG Management but told me not to get my hopes up in getting LG to pay for the part/repair of the oven.
You can imagine my excitement when Connie emailed me and said they not only would cover the part but the labor as well! As I have often said, Life is Good if you have Action Appliance working on your behalf. They are truly customer focused and I recommend them without reservation for any appliance repair whether it is in warranty or not.

From the first request ..communication was excellent..and our technician was on time, professional, and cleaned up! Highly recommend .
