NisAir is wonderful. We've had multiple units installed in our buildings. I've also had them install and maintain units in my home. They are the only ones we call for A/C repair and maintenance.

just has service technician from NisAir do bi annual service. the technician, Lauryn, was extremely professional and thorough and could not be any happier with overall service.

I recently had a new AC Sytem installed along with all new ducts. It was a top to bottom job, everything was replaced. This purchase was made after 7 months of educating myself on different units, sizes, types, efficiency and customer service. As we all know, any company can sell you a new unit, but the real test comes afterwards. I am beyond confident NisAir will be there for me as they have for the last 21 years. A new AC Unit is a big purchase, especially here in South Florida. Don't be afraid to ask questions, educate yourself. Know what you're purchasing, understand how the system works, understand the maintenance, energy use and know the people doing the work. Long-term employees mean a lot, their happiness at work means a lot. I am a happy satisfied customer and I know NisAir will be there for me for the long haul. Thank you Christine, Phil and your staff. Happy and very cool.

Joey came on a service call because unit was leaking. He checked system and informed us that we probably should consider a new unit as ours was 15 years old. He got us an estimate within minutes and talked us through the process. They are installing new unit tomorrow. Hope it goes as smoothly as today.

On Friday afternoon after coming home from work I found that my air conditioner was not working. Upon talking to the AC tech over the phone and describing the error codes he was able to determine that the fan motor in the air handler went bad. The tech knew what motor my unit needed and they had it in stock. They were able to come out and fix my air in under an hour. I have only used them once but it was a great experience, the tech was extremely knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. Previously to using NisAir I had only used one AC company for the last 10 years. The company I previously used wanted $650 for this repair, which only cost me $179. Great company and would recommend to anyone.

Warranty calls have no priority, first time waited 2 days without a/c, second time after a day i have to contact a different company. We are talking about a new system installed by them last year…

Air conditioning went out during Labor Day weekend and Hurricane weekend. Called. Lyndon came out right away. Fixed our air. Price was great for weekend holiday. Lyndon was so professional and explained everything he needed to do. Thank you and u r lucky u have such a great employee. We will be telling all our family and friends and make sure if they need anything to call your company.

Very affordable pricing on a large house that needed all new duct work and two units. 2 other companies told is the job was too difficult and too big for them to do in the summer. Nisair completed it timely and at a cost much less than others quoted us. Very professional and very polite employees. Highly recommend and would refer them to friends and family.
