Kevin was awesome. He explained everything and I truly felt like he cared. I have a service plan with 2 visits a year. I would recommend Nisair to everyone.

Scammers! I was told I needed a new thermostat because of surface mold in the air handler, which I was told by one of there technician it is common in FL because of how the system runs.So I agreed to purchase a new at the price of $1,300. Then the new thermostat kept reading its own temperature against the wall. 4 service calls later they decided that the original thermostat was what worked best, however the technician took my old one and it disappeared. Now I was forced to buy a new one at $450 and it didn’t work until they sent out an 5th technician which knew what he was doing. But they told me it would be no cost and they would credit me the $450. They NEVER did, so I contacted my credit card company and they disputed it and now I have to pay for something I really didn’t need to begin with. Dishonest company!

Helping an elderly member of the community who's unit experienced a major failure. Contacted her install company who were unresponsive. Called NisAir and spoke with Nikki, explained the situation and immediately Nikki offered to do a search for the parts identified by the other company and informed me they were available and could be scheduled for install the next day. Rick showed up as promised and installed the parts, which revealed there were other issues going on with the unit. Team Leader Jeff cam out the next day and got to the bottom of the problem. Other parts were needed, which couldn't be determined until the initial parts were replaced. True to their word they obtained the parts and installed them and got the unit working again. They demonstrated a level of professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness, that I am sad to say, is not common place today. They were amazing. I will use them again and recommend them to others with AC needs. Thanks everyone, I appreciate the service and care you provided. Job well done.

BRANDON AND NICK INSTALLED A NEW DURASTAR A/C IN OUR GARAGE YESTERDAY. VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS. TRULY THE BEST COMPANY IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA.

JUST HAD LAURYN FROM NISAIR SERVICE THE A/C SYSTEM. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY. LAURYN HAS A DELIGHTFUL ATTITUDE AND DID THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND SMILED THE ENTIRE TIME. SO REFRESHING TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO LOVES THEIR JOB. A special shoutout to Rick who came to our home to fix the A/C. He diagnosed the problem and got our A/C working again.Nisair is an awesome company to do business with. They show up when scheduled, polite and informative, and prices very reasonable. Their technician, Fred was terrific. We were referred to Nisair by our neighbor a few years ago.
An update, we needed a $2,000 motor for the A/C and we’re told it was still under warranty from previous owner. Also want to mention

We have been having an issue with our central air conditioning system, shutting off at the worst times. Contacted this company and they sent Bob who discovered the main drain line was clogged. Installed new line with proper slope for draining and our problems are now behind us. Every one we have dealt with at this company has been extremely courteous and professional.

NisAir is the absolute best. I have used them for over 15 years at my home and business. More importantly, as a Realtor, I have many properties that need servicing, and they always come out quickly, take care of the issue efficiently, and make sure everyone is happy. I would never use anyone else.

Would have loved to have used this company. I heard so many great reviews and they were recommended to us. Called for a quote - David came out very quickly , said he would have a quote for us in a couple days. We never heard back. We have called three times and still have not heard back from them with a quote It’s been three weeks. Sorry not sorry - we went with someone else.

Lauren was friendly and courteous, and so helpful with my regular maintenance. She was very thorough and addressed all my questions. Highly recommend Lauren and NisAir overall for their AC services.

Today, Lauryn was our service technician and she performed preventative maintenance on our 2 units. She is very professional, efficient & always has a smile to offer. I will definitely ask for Lauryn for future service calls.

Thanks for charging my 80 year old mother $250 for a $150 thermostat. And of course, $117 for the service visit. Wish I was there to take care of this stuff for her...

Daniel arrived within the time window, even called about 40 minutes before to give me a heads-up. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He introduced himself upon arrival, checked out and cleaned the system, even tested the heating coil. He answered all my questions, gave me some tips on operation and changed the UV bulb with a two year one, stocked in the truck, after we decided the old one had expired. Fine job!

We just purchased our place Dec 2023 and since NIS Air always serviced my unit in Hobe Sound, I decided that we should still use them here in Jupiter. We have never not trusted the company and each of their technicians! They’re professional and very knowledgeable. Robert was excellent!! Explaining each part of our system and how it was functioning. Such a Professional company from the staff that answers the phone (Nicole) to the technician (Andre) that arrives to diagnosis and repair the problem. We had been dealing with another company that had installed the AC unit. He came out 4 times and was not able to fix the problem. Thank goodness for Nis Air.

What a great company!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Nisair in general, but Mathew and Bobby in particular. We've had an issue with our a/c unit from the time it was installed about 2 years ago, and no one has been able to diagnose the issue. Last week, Mathew came out, identified the problem, and told us what he thought it would take to fix it. Bobby came himself to check it out, confirmed Mathew's diagnosis, and promptly took care of the problem. Turns out, the issue arose from a new unit being installed with our old duct work, which caused a breach in the worn out duct. Just one of those things, but the customer service and diligence in trying to figure it out and repair it went above and beyond what one experiences with most companies these days.

Thank you guys, for working with integrity and excellence, and caring about your customers. We appreciate it more than you know!!!!

When my house AC quit working recently, Nisair was able to send out a technician for same day service. Christian Rivas showed up as scheduled, was polite and efficient, and best yet, had the needed repair part in his van. I should not have been surprised, since Nisair had provided similar great service a couple of years ago for a previous breakdown.

I am planning a complete system replacement for this Fall and Nisair will be at the top of the list for that project.

Excellent service. I called hoping for service in the next couple of days, but had someone there within hours.
Matthew came out and knew immediately what the problem was and had us up and running very quick.
Totally pleased and satisfied. Nis Air has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service to boot.
