I highly recommend this Billfish. They’ve been my a/c company for 10 years. They offer good pricing and staff quality employees. Today Eric was my technician and he was exceptionally thorough, professional, genuine and skilled. .

I was looking for an AC company to take care of my units at home. I contacted Billfish AC and agreed to a service contract. They came the same day and cleaned both our units and did a fantastic job. The service technician, Adis, was friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing. He also showed pictures of all the things he corrected. I am 100% satisfied with his work. I am glad I chose Billfish AC for our service and cannot thank them enough.

We were very impressed with the guys that came to service our air conditioning system. Both were pleasant, brought their tools and set right to work. They shared their findings and then sent them to us as well. Happily they were having a special so the price was right! We would happily recommend them to anyone.

We appreciate your technician’s every time, whether they are here for semi-annual maintenance or a service call. We appreciate Adis’ help when we came home to a hot house-literally! Erik from Billfish air was able to come out quickly. Very professional and explained everything he did. I was given several options to think about without being pressured. The repairs were taken care of and once done he checked all other components, to ensure the problem was resolved.

Fast professional service from start to finish. A quick phone call to Billfish Air connected us to Samantha who was fantastic. She listened to our concerns and was able to help pinpoint the service that we needed. She scheduled us and our technician Adis arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave us an honest estimate. We just moved into our home two days ago… And the air conditioner went out on Sunday afternoon… I called Billfish as they have 24 hours service… James was here within 30 minutes and had it up and running In an hour!!! He was so knowledgeable and thorough. We will be using billfish from here on out!!! Highly recommend!!!

My first time using Billfish A/C and I’m totally impressed! Samantha was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the initial call and was able to sent a tech in 90 minutes. Maui the tech was very pleasant, analyzed the problem, explained the issue, and fixed it immediately for a reasonable price without attempting to sell anything extra. I highly recommend Billfish A/C and will be signing up for their service contract. True professionals!

Five stars could've been given, but pricing on parts is always ridiculous in this economy..

I realize running a competitive business is based upon peer groups, but research allows a customer to find the parts inflation.

I had low freon and a bad capacitor, but Erik came at the last minute diagnosed my problems and got my A/C working again. He had all the parts and diagnostic equipment required. I would strongly recommend using Billfish Air Conditioning for your A/C issues. They saved the day!

Called on a Sunday and they had Ivan come out in about an hour. He was very professional and easy going. Explained everything in great detail. Fixed my capacitor in a half hour maybe even less. I definitely recommend if you’re ever in a pinch situation like I was.

The best service we had from the company was today's visit. The technician Faustino was very professional he performed a good job checking all the AC units on the property. We never had a maintenance service like this one before.

Technicien was well educated in his trade, and very informative.. I suggest you spend the extra money for the annual service!
One last thing to worry about !!!

They came out and said I needed a new compressor. They said they would have a quote for me in the morning. I never received a call back from them. I called them on a Monday morning and said I was seen by a service tech on Friday and I was supposed to get a call back and a quote from them. The lady said she’s busy dealing with other clients and that Im on a list of call backs. She said she had 40 other people to call back first and said I would receive a call later that day. I never did get a callback. They left me, my wife and 3 kids with no ac. For over 4 days. Never called me, never sent me a quote. 2-3 months later they are calling me, texting me and sending me emails saying they are available to give me a discount on the estimate for the repair they have on file. Don’t use these people, they have bad business practices and could care less about your needs.
