My experience with air plus has always been very nice. Kathy is very helpful at setting up an appointment that is good for me. Jeremy the service person is always very polite and professional and neat. I would highly recommend their service to my friends and neighbors.

Called air plus from Tampa on a Saturday since warning from thermostat. Tech was dispatched within an hour and fixed the issue same visit. Awesome service response! Happy homeowner in Stuart

I appreciate Scott's quick attention to the mold in my apartment. Its is a testimony to the best remediation is to "hire a professional." I have spent a lot of money to protect myself from the consequences of the mold growth.

The property management @TheReserves in Jensen Beach should be held accountable. My health and that of my neighbors in my building should be their utmost priority.

All fingers and toes are crossed that my mold problem is resolved. Time will tell if the 2 pounds of coolant that Scott added is the culprit.

Tech was very courteous, timely and most importantly extremely knowledgeable and smart regarding AC repair. He provided a thourough explaination of his diagnosis; providing clear explanation of what was wrong with my AC, what he needed to repair to get my AC functioning properly and why the AC needed to be repaired.

Once again, Air Plus has come through for our family. Both capacitors went out in our compressor during an electrical storm. The tech, Geoff Morrow, called us back immediately after we left a message after hours. He was very courteous, personable and knowledgeable as I interacted with him the entire time. (I enjoy tech talk.) He did everything possible to get us up and running until the electrician came for the breaker panel.
The owner, Scott, even took the initiative to come by the next day to collaborate with the electrician regarding repairs. If this isn't top notch service, I'm not sure what is.

I couldn't be more impressed with Air Plus Air Conditioning! From the moment we contacted them, their communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. They clearly care about their customers. I use them for my home and the art gallery that I co-direct.

Scott & his staff were on time for the scheduled appointment, thoroughly went through both rooftop AC units at our shop, communicated the task at hand, and completed the service. Very professional - I highly recommend Air Plus!

Air plus was able to provide same day service on my ac system.
I woke up to find my ac system not working.
I called and spoke with Kathy, and she was so nice and pleasant. At first she said she could schedule me for tomorrow, but i explained my situation, how today was my only day off. She said she would make a call and call me right back, and that she did, with great news, they would fit me on the schedule for the afternoon!!!

Now, if it were just me, I would be able to bear it for a few days, however I have a kid, some cats and dogs, and an exotic pet that MUST remain below 78* or it will overheat and can die.

Air Plus was able to make it out in the early afternoon and take a look at my ac system and thankfully, only a part needed replacement 🙌

Now my home is cooling fast!!!
I will be calling them again soon to schedule service for my pools heating and cooling system. And will highly recommend service from this company in the future.
