I was very pleased with the service from Forward Air Conditioning. Jeff, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company.

We had Tom come out today to the law office where I work and replace one of our ballasts. We called around 10 AM and he was here around 1 pm. He couldn't have been any nicer and quick. Great service. we will use Forward Electric again and as for Tom.

Had them do their usual annual maintenance & add a new WiFi enabled thermostat. Couldn't find any better service. I can now monitor my thermostat at will. Bought into their maintenance program.

Used them for years until they started showing up unprepared for scheduled jobs that were explained over the phone prior to the appointment, then charging for “service calls” because they weren’t prepared to complete the job. On top of that, we had to call multiple times to even get them to comeback out and do the job. Tried to explain all of this when we received the bill but they just wanted the money for the extra service call instead of continued business. It’s bad business.

I should have left you a 5 Star review Years ago!!!! I always feel good about choosing Local Guy for anything a/c related - I have confidence in your Honesty, Reliability and Friendliness - from reception to the technicians!

Huge shoutout to Jim Jordan and his team at Local Guy Air Conditioning who did an awesome job installing my new unit on Friday. They went the extra mile to insure the system was fully operational and discovered there were vents that didn’t have proper air ducts and were never installed properly due to the builder not doing their job correctly. I now have air conditioning in all my rooms. When I got home from work there were no traces of them being at my home as they cleaned up after themselves. They get a 10 star review from me.

There’s no worse time for the air conditioner to quit than hottest day ever in September 1st on Labor Day! I had an emergency, it was a holiday, I called and couldn’t believe Local Guys came out that morning and fixed my ac!

Derek runs a great A/C company, and his people reflect the same greatness. We had our entire A/C - Heating system replaced today. His instal crew lead by Nick, Brian, and Leroy were very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and professional. They completed the entire R & R in less than 5 hours, provided instructions, and a thorough clean-up. We would definitely recommend Local Guy A/C for maintenance and installation of Heating and a/c systems.

Your man made a comment that I should go back to New Jersey just because that’s where I’m from which I was very offended by. He had many things to say about me being here from up north. Nick was his name, what a jerk.

They did a fantastic job to straighten out my ductwork. I could not be any more satisfied with the teams work. Definitely would recommend them.
