I called Absolutely Cool on the recommendation of my neighbor. I was having an issue with my pool heater and I needed it fixed quickly. I received text confirming my time window and calls from Michael letting me know where he was a when he would arrive. I rarely leave reviews but Michael was extremely professional, showing me the pressure readings on his meter and explaining what he was seeing. He texted me the following day to make sure everything was working properly and even stopped by again to confirm the pressure readings and that every was working as expected.

I would recommend Absolutely Cool and especially Michael. I plan on using them going forward.

My A/C lines were clogged up I called and got service right away. The tech Roy was very professional he checked outside unit and actic gave me price to clean it all out. Job was done and I am happy.

I changed my rating to one star. This company applied for the permit but never filed it. Evidently, they did this to a number of clients. The install was faulty, the inspectors have been to my home three times in less than a year and keep finding things not installed correctly.

Evidently, the air handler was damaged while being installed - but they installed it anyway. The system is less than 2 years old, yet it needs Freon, the heat element doesn't work, and the AC keeps turning on and off every few minutes, despite updating the electrical wiring.

I believe this company went out of business.

Erik was fantastic- very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had our air conditioner serviced by another company- no comparison! Definitely be seeing Erik again for any repairs

We had a mini split installed by Jason to supplement our regular AC system. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed throughout the installation. The installation was clean, attractive, and passed inspection easily. Absolutely Cool's price was right also

I believe the quote price is way too high for amount of work. Tech was nice but broke my breaker and had to put a new one. Said mine was rusted. Had no AC for over a hour so had to leave until he returned. Said he wouldn’t charge me but he broke it why would I pay for it. Not sure why he was out there. Only called for duct work. Just think fees are way overpriced! Wouldn’t recommend them.

Roy was a great technician! Cleaned our system and found what was causing the leak in our air handler and recommended preventative measures to follow and left everything neat and tidy after the job.

Roy was very professional - he identified the AC problems quickly, fixed it within 30 minutes or so, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use Absolutely Cool Air again. Ps. My original post was 7 months ago. Yesterday, April 2, Roy arrived on short notice after 5 pm, diagnosed the AC problem (leaky coil), fixed it, and restored the badly needed AC during a heatwave. I guess that should be a culmative 10 stars!

Roy called prior to appointmentand was on-time , he is a polite and respectful individual, he completed yearly maintenance on new A/C unit, I am satisfied with work performed today.

Replaced a failed A/C last month, Mike checked on unit today & did some work on a vent which was sweating. Overall, satisfied with work performed.

Professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, responded to questions. The 2 young gentlemen went straight to work, they seemed to show knowledge re; their respective duties. They always involved me in any decisions that I could supply. I would use them in any condition that I might occur with my new A/C. Two fine young men who definitely knew their job, what to do, and how to do it. Left my home as they found it. No mess, no fuss. A great experience. BEWARE OF ABSOLUTELY COOL! A technician, Roy Padgett, came to my home to assess why my AC stopped cooling. He informed me that it needed a new coil, which is located in the inside air handler. I informed him that the coil unit itself was still under warranty from American Standard. He gave me a quote; $3,500/ less a "special discoutn" which brought the new price to $2,700. Then I was offered an additional "Discount" if I purchased a year service program from Absolutely Cool. I asked him how much the Coil part was and I was told $800. When I asked why the quote was so high if the coil was under warranty, Roy didn't have a good answer. I tried to call and talk to a Manager and couldn't get through to their office. Roy called his "Boss" who refused to speak to me, but toldRoy to relay to mme that I still needed to pay them for the part for them taking care of processing the warranty, getting the new coil, etc. Their answers to me quwestions were evasive and didn't make sense. Why would I have to pay for an $800. coil that was under warranty? I refusaed to do business with them because they seemed shady to me.

Then I called GRATEFUL AIR CONDITIONING in Port Salerno, FL. I spoke to the owner, Tim. He was very kind and straight forward. After me explaining the situation, he quoted me $800. - $1,000. with the average being $900. His final price was under $1,000.! He took care of getting the warrantied coil from American Standard. His crew removed the bad coil, installed the new one recharged the freon, put the air handler back together professionally and cleaned up well. They even checked out the outside condenser to make sure that it was functioning properly. I will use Grateful Airconditioning for all of my future AC neds. From my experience they're honest, fairly priced and do quality work!

Eric was absolutely wonderful. He fixed my new air-conditioning system and did my service maintenance at the same time. He couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient with his work.
