Doug and Mike are the absolute best! Before they even entered our home just by the sound the unit was making they knew what was wrong . No gimmicks no padding the bill they even got the parts the same day and came back to fix the air unit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these two gentleman. They even rolled up the area rug as not to get it dirty. Great service and excellent pricing. Highly highly recommend !

Absolutely Cool Air is a wonderful company. Roy who came out to help us this time when our a/c wasn’t keeping up on a holiday weekend was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They have always been a company I feel I can trust. They seem to recognize the higher value of a happy long term customer relationship vs making as much money as possible per visit. They don’t push products or services that aren’t yet needed. I’d suggest this company to anyone looking for a trusted HVAC company.

Technician Roy provided oustanding service on a Sunday morning. He promptly came to our home and quickly accessed and repaired the issues. Roy is professional and courteous. Moreover, he is always a pleasure to do business with.

Roy Padgett from Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning did my summer service to make sure the a/c is performing efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship the technicians offer to customers, including a detailed description of what the service provided and the reasons it is needed. Roy found a clogged drain pan in my attic last year and luckily it was drained before flooding my ceiling. Hello (Property Manager Here). Over Labor Day weekend my clients came into town. During their stay one of our AC units started leaking from the attic into the Master Bedroom. I unfortunately was out of town and wasn't able to assist. After calling our main AC company and being told they were unavailable for a few hours I called Absolutely Cool Air. They were able to send a technician out within 45 minutes. After speaking with the technician prior to his arrival he was very polite and professional which is hard to find nowadays, and knew my clients were going to be in good hands. He was able to clean up the mess as well as the backed up drain line in a timely manner. The Homeowners were very pleased with their exceptional service. Top notch!

My annual service was completed today by Erik Schulmeister, AC Tech. Erik was on time and I was greeted warmly. I was told in detail, what the visit entailed. I found Erik to be honest and very professional. His knowledge of air conditioning units was very impressive. It was obvious to me, that he takes pride in his work.

Excellent service. Roy was prompt in arriving and I received an email with his picture before he arrived so I knew who to expect. He wore cover booties inside the house and stayed at least 3' away from us (Covid times). Highly recommend Absolutely Cool!

This company serviced my older air conditioner for years and always provided honest and professional service. When it was time to replace my older system with a new one, there was no need to look any further then Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning. I dealt with Christian from this company and we followed his knowledgeable recommendations. The installation was scheduled, they showed up on time, removed and replaced the entire system with NO MESS and left me with a wonderful and comfortable air conditioning system the same day.

Not sure what happened to this once great company. Had them work on both a commercial space and my residence. In 2023 installed a new unit which went fine, but since then it has been hard to get service and/or any form of support. Just this week, had a service appointment set up for routine maintenance, one hour before the appointment was informed that they technical was now “unavailable” and that I would have to wait for another MONTH before a service call. Pleaded with the customer service representative that I was an existing customer on multiple fronts, that it wasn’t our fault that the technician couldn’t make it and we just can’t wait a month for basic service as the hot season is just starting. Really? I guess this is the best they can do…but it just isn’t good enough for our business.

Roy was the technician who serviced my air conditioner. He was wonderful to work with. He quickly found the problem with my unit and repaired it. A true professional. I appreciated his honesty and integrity.
I will be using Absolutely Cool Air in the future.

Today Eric completed my annual service. He was the greatest! He explained everything with complete technical knowledge. I was Facilities Director for a large company in Stuart for 14 years. I have dealt with many AC companies and AC techs. Eric impressed me in every way. Well spoken, polite and did not miss anything needed to be done. Absolutely Cool Air needs to keep this guy!
