We had a problem with our ac. A technician replied in Sunday and kept in touch until he arrived. Unfortunately he could not fix it and someone will have to come back to replace a part tomorrow. Was happy with the quick response.

I have been using this local, family run business for years. Their honesty and transparency are a relief from other companies that often try take advantage of a single woman’s lack of AC knowledge. I trust them in my home, they are friendly and always wear those little booties!

My Google Nest Thermostat was not getting any power from my AC air handling unit & my AC was off. It was 91 degrees outside & 84 degrees inside. I called Local Guy AC Services, I spoke to a real person & they were able to get an HVAC tech (Jordan & his assistant) out to me within an hour. They diagnosed & resolved the issue quickly (clogged condensate line backing up into air handler). They were very professional, courteous, educated me on the root cause of the issue) & left my place clean. I'd highly recommend this organization without hesitation.

This company initially was here for a regular maintenance service during the summer and had a great experience with Jordan, yet only several months the experience was the opposite.

We called this morning because we notice a great and smelly puddle of water by the AC unit.

As before they came promptly at 3:30 pm.

Now at 7 pm we have a puddle AGAIN!

I called them report the continued problem and was told by Jim to call a plumber. They were not going to come out here again unless I called a plumber. Never had a plumbing problem in this place ever. The plumber came and the problem is the AC.

In other words DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

They will not take responsibility for their crappy WORK!

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Preston was the 3rd face that I’ve seen with relation to this service. He was young, energetic and punctual and I will look forward to seeing him again in March for your followup.

Had problems with AC late in the afternoon. Local Guy came out with 45 minutes and took great care of the issue. Technician was Jim and was extremely neat and courteous. Explained the issues and fixed them on the spot.

I returned home from vacation to a 97 degree house! Called my regular AC repairman who did not respond. My neighbor recommended Local Guy and within less than an hour Jim the technician was there. He evaluated the problem, explained what he needed to do (replace capacitor and add refrigerant) and came the next day to check for system leaks. I am happily cool again! I cannot thank Raquel and Jim enough for their speedy service, technical proficiency and excellent customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Derek and staff are top notch, no gimmicks, no up charges etc. Highly recommended after 20 years in Martin County, I've been through a few companies to say the least.

Don’t know where to begin with this five star experience! I’ve had a recurring issue with my drain line on my AC for the last two years. My current company keeps milking me for a visit every few months to clean out the drain line. The blocks are so bad that my regular shop vac doesn’t do the trick anymore. Reached out to local guy this morning at 8:10 AM and he was at my house at 8:30 AM! Derek was incredible. From start to finish. Can’t say enough. The reviews are real and I’m so pleased!

Jim came out and was honest and trustworthy. He was not out to sell a system. He suggested we wait until concrete work is done. I will hire these guys for the install. Good quote.
