Absolutely Cool AC is by far the best AC company we've used. Roy our tech is very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed our check up, what he found, what actions he took, changed our filters (we provided) and did a detailed voice report into his tech iPad that will go on our system's maintenance record. Great company!!!! Roy is still doing an awesome job. We have an 9 year old AC so maintenance is critical and Absolutely Cool keeps our AC running like it was new!!!! Roy providing two recommended units to replace our near 10 year old system. Our new system will be installed within the next two weeks!!!! Jason Stone and his team arrived early and worked late finished installing our new AC system in on me day. Absolutely Cool is my AC go to company. They are the best and after my experiencing with other AC companies it's been awesome to work with the pros at Absolutely Cool!!!!

We are from Michigan and had no air running in our home on nettles Island. Erik Schulmeister was the technician who arrived very timely. He was friendly, clean cut, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our system expediently and look forward to getting quotes on replacement system. Erik did a great job!! And we would highly recommend him.

I would definitely recommend Kraus and Krane. I had a problem with my AC and called Kraus and Krane first thing in the morning. They had a service technician there within 2 hours. Justin was the technician and he was awesome. He checked everything out from the attic to the outside. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts and was very polite and professional. It was way less expensive then expected. They offer a great service contract. Also both ladies I spoke to on the phone were very nice as well. I will continue to use this company from now on for my AC needs. Thanks guys.

We have Krauss & Crane do our semi-annual maintenance visits.
They always are on time, courteous and answer any questions that we have about our unit. On 9/18/23, our AC was not working. Daniel came over and is very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue and had our AC up and running in 30 minutes!
He took the time to call my husband at work and explained what needed to be repaired. The whole process was timely, professional and affordable!

These people communicate extremely well, arrive on time and are always professional. We have always dealt with polite, experienced technicians.
We use them for preventive maintenance as well as necessary repairs. Their rates are reasonable and they never add junk fees!!

I always request John because he installed our new ac so he's familiar with the set up. He's very knowledgeable about HVAC. He's always on time and is very pleasant to work with.

Had Krauss install a new Trane A/C system in 2023. I signed up for 2 service calls for year 2024. I live in a condo so condenser is on bldg roof. Unit cools my apt nicely. So far, I am satisfied. I chose Krauss for their 60 years in business. Also, they are members of BBB. Service personnel are friendly, on time and professional.

On Thursday August 8 I called Krauss and Crane for service. The problem was that I lost all cooling in my home during the night. South Florida is currently experiencing unusually high temperatures so losing A/C was especially uncomfortable for anyone suffering health issues. At 5am I called and left a message asking for someone to call and set up a service call. At around 7:30am I received a call from the service department and a service call was set up for ASAP but no later than 4pm. At 9:15 am I got a call from the service technician "Henry" saying he was on his way. 15 min later he was at my home. The A/C air handler was "iced" up. Henry turned off the system and said it would take a bit for the system to defrost which had to happen before he could diagnosis the system. Henry left for another service call and returned about an hour later. Henry returned a total of 3 times in the next 21/2 hours. Finally, the unit defrosted and could be serviced. Henry was extremely professional and personable. The unit was service and now is performing as good as new. I feel the service was outstanding. It was quick, professional, and done at a reasonable cost. I can also say the Henry returning 3 times to service the unit was above and beyond. I would not hesitate a moment in recommending Krauss and Crane to anyone needing service.

Service is always excellent . I have an annual contract .

With a 20 year old unit that was still running but not at its' peak, deceided to replace. Sought quotes from 3 contractors who quoted 3 different brands. Was surprised to see Krauss & Crane to be more than competitive with a Trane unit that has top reviews from actual customers. Sales person was able to answer all of our questions including that if our old unit broke down, they would respond for a repair. On the day of install, crew arrived on time and quickly started work...each of the 3 installers had specific jobs but yet worked in unision. After 7 hours, job was completed and everything was operational. The install crew were very professional and knowledgable and able to answer any questions. This is our first experience with Krauss & Crane after living in Florida for over 24 years and we couldn't be happier with them and the Trane equipment they installed.

I and my family have used K&C for more than 25 years. They have always taken good care of us. Yesterday I had an issue with our AC and within 40 minutes they came out. The tech was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the system in less than 40 minutes. I hadn’t had the system serviced for about 5 months and later that evening my condensate drain was clogged so I had to vacuum it out. I’d recommend using their Maintenance service to keep your system operating efficiently and make it last. I always recommended them, and only them, when I was a home inspector and they never let me down. For peace of mind, have K&C install your new system and/or maintain your existing. You will be glad you did!

I’d give them 6 stars if possible. They’re always very accommodating for appointments and emergencies. When they arrive they’re neat courteous and knowledgeable. I have been with Krauss & Crane for about 9 years years now in my Stuart Home and now in my Palm City Home and they have been wonderful to me and their quick response calling back and setting up either maintenance or service. They are all very professional from the office to service employees. Debbie and Cameron have always been very helpful, very professional. Daniel has been my service rep for most of my maintenance needs. He’s very informative and professional. He answers any question you have and never feel rushed when speaking with him I would definitely recommend this company. Dan is always on time which is much appreciated.

My new AC was not working well. 😕 l called and was treated politely and with consideration for my plight.
Tech acknowledged the oversight that caused my refrigerant to dissipate and he and his buddy fixed it ASAP. Every business hopes you like them but frankly, at the end of the day, it's about customer satisfaction 😉 Krauss & Crane deserve kudos on valuing their customer base. 👏
