Tony and his team were exceptional! From design concepts to installation and clean- up, he exceeded our expectations. We went from an out-dated and rundown pool and deck to a pristine sleek and modernized version, even more beautiful than we had imagined. Always on time, courteous, gave money-saving ideas, and thorough. Tony, you are a perfectionist and it shows! We highly recommend.

Tony and his team of professionals were amazing. There were so many selections of coping and tiles to choose from and Tony guided us through the process.
The attention to detail was Tony's strong point. He made sure every piece was perfect and when they finished the pool area was more than we could have imagined.

Tony & his crew were a great pleasure to work with & to have on-site for a two week period. They were super nice, always on time, very neat, pleasant yet not intrusive. From the planning, selecting tile, and developing the timeline they were excellent. Tony always communicated quickly & professionally. I highly recommend them. Pricing was fair and they were fast also. They redid my pool, spa, 2 fountains, and pavers around the pool. Overall, the most reliable and best pool service I have used.

the worst company to ever deal with !!! the secretary at this company is so RUDE, would not even send me a receipt just a confirmation number…. hundreds of dollars later… i feel robbed… will never recommend this company to anyone ever again!!! finally have found a loyal gentleman who keeps his price reasonable and is understanding and explains everything !!! DO NO GO TO THEM !!!! AWFUL!

The discrimination of this place is impeccable. Firing an employee because their spouse had a criminal offense 20 years ago, and over exaggerating the offense on top of it all. Highly unprofessional. This left a bad taste in the mouth of many people.

I called custom pool for a last-minute Pool Repair before our company Christmas party, and they came out right away gave me all the attention special ordered a part and had it fixed in two days I tip my hat to not only custom pool But Steve, who came out and went went way out of his way to get me fixed up and ready to go for our annual Christmas party at my house

These people are quick to judge without even asking or checking there facts. My son went there to apply for a job and was hired but by the next day they called to say that the person whom he was going to be taking over for because he has cancer did not want to give up his route. But there were other routes available and to give them till the following week to get back with him and to call if he doesn't here from them. Well they never answered the phone when he called. So I called and co.e to find out they claim that they had noticed he had blood shot eyes. OMG. And they claim they saw people in the vehicle drinking. That was an out right false accusations. My son doesn't drink and neither do I. My other son was in the car with us and he was drinking a Pepsi. So stay away from these people they don't have a clue. I just get the guy they were talking g about doesn't exist, much less gas cancer. The only cancer is in their way of treating people and missjudging. What is really sad is they didn't even have the decency to tell him the truth or even question him about it. So if you have blood shot eyes or drink Pepsi don't go there looking for a job. Who knows what they will tell you.

After numerous attempts to find and repair a leak in a attached hot tub (small), they billed $500. We told them we were not going to pay until it was fixed, they sent us to collections! Very unprofessional!

Our normal pool cleaning day is always on Thursday. Guess what, they showed up on Wednesday to get our pool clean for hurricane Milton.

Custom Pool staff treated us like family from beginning to end even on the weekends, they assisted us on every time we needed them .Even the owner came by our home during the construction phase.Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you Custom Pool and Spa Mechanics. Awesome work !!

They just finished the resurfacing and filled the water in my pool and I couldn’t be more happy !!!. I was a little Leary at first to hire them , because out of 3 estimates they were far cheaper than the other two, but we did and WOW , On time and fast, no fooling around with this company . We were at the end of our rope, when we finally contacted you guys. Four months ago we bought a pool home, right away we noticed the water level in the pool dropping significantly. After working with three pool companies and spending alot of time and money, the problem continued. "Scotty" eventually came by our pool and knew exactly what the problem was. Within a few days Scotty and his crew re grouted our pool and continued to check up on the pool to make sure everything was working properly. I cannot say enough about this great man and this company. Now we finally have a leak free pool!!

I've been complaining to them for nearly two months that there's crap (bugs, grass cuttings, leaves) floating on the top of my pool and they haven't solved this problem. Checked the skimmer and found that nothing is flowing through it, even though the pool person just serviced the pool. Last week they noted that there was sand in the pool. I'd had construction work done so I understood their concern. Again, the pool person had just serviced the pool...and didn't take the time to clean the filter...even after their note from last week.

After last week's storm our pool was a disaster. On our next scheduled cleaning they did an amazing job . I believe Shane was our technician. Great job .

Jennifer is my maintenance technician. She is wonderful- so thorough!! My pool is sparkling since the first time and every time she cleans it! I highly recommend this company!

I have had chronic trouble with my Pentair chlorinator. In the last three years I have had three replacements. I was out of warranty when this last one went down. I called Pentair directly and they saw the record of bad chlorinators. They gave me a new one and Custom Pool & Spa installed it within 24 hours of my call to the corporate office.

Horrible company to deal with. My former pool service was great but he sold his business to them, so I went with Custom Pool & Spa. My pool started to grow algae and I had to have several conversations with them plus they started to nickel and dime me to get it back to where it should be. If I hire a service, I actually don't want to worry about anything. These guys made me worry about everything related to my pool and did not step up to fix what they caused. On top of this they are pretty rude. Never again!
