I looked at 3 pool companies to do our remodel and chose Coast Life due to their professionalism, followup, and integrity. They were very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns. They are trustworthy and they did a beautiful job. They are now doing our weekly maintenance. I would refer them to others.

I used Coastlife pools for an extensive project at my home. They were extremely communicative, weekly with updates through out the entire project. They came in on budget, on time and any issues or questions were addressed and resolved immediately. I highly recommend using them.

They did an excellent job on our new pool build and addressed any concerns we had along the way. Communication is key for us in big projects like this and they always remained in communication with us. Many pool companies out there have scammed so many, but with Coastlife Pools you'll have peace of mind.

Craig and his team at Coastlife did an incredible job on my pool, deck and turf! His team was very professional, always on time, always did what they said they were going to do, stuck to their word and timelines and even were ahead of schedule on my entire project by almost two months! My wife and I met with a number of pool contractors to ensure we weren't going to be on the six o'clock news complaining about losing our deposit to some fly by night pool builder and we couldn't be happier that we went with Coastlife as we knew our money was safe with this company. A few things that stood out for us was the warranty on the shell of the pool and that it was transferable to the new homeowners in the event we sold the house in the future, the fact that Coastlife didn't try to nickel and dime every step of the way (most of the other companies we interviewed tried to sneak in fees in various ways via their estimates) and finally that when we called Craig, Greg or anyone else for that matter at Coastlife we always got an answer on the first telephone ring or they called us back immediately to answer any questions/concerns we had. This is the first home that we have owned where we took on a pool project and I can say that while most people always have horror stories we can say it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this company, Craig and the whole team at Coastlife.

It’s been a long 9 weeks going back and forth with this company. I have clearly stated in an email I’d like the work to start ASAP. Unfortunately, all I’ve been left with is two separate meetings where a contractor was supposed to look at my backyard but they never showed up. It’s been over a week since both no shows on both meetings and I haven’t even received an apology.

WE had our pool resurfaced in 2018 and love it! It turned out beautiful. We also since then have had pool services that have continues since then.

Craig and his team were amazing throughout the entire process and we cannot say how pleased we are with our beautiful patio remodel. Craig worked with us tirelessly as we developed our plans, changed our minds, added new things, always happy to help in any way to bring the ideas in our head and on paper, to life. Craig's knowledge and experience and his employees' dedication to fine craftsmanship all combined for an outstanding pool remodel! We're so grateful for having found him and Coast Life Pools!

We had a complete renovation of our pools surface and tile including new heater and lighting, We had several estimates and could not have made a better choice. They communicated very well every step of the process and even called on a few delays because of the weather to make sure we knew what was going on. Everyone involved working on this pool were very professional and personable. The finished product is everything we had hoped for!!!!

When we have issues with the water (inevitable at times) they are resolved quickly to keep our pool in great shape. The office staff always picks up the phone if you need them as well—great communication.

Coast Life Pools did an awesome job with the refurbishment of the spa at our facility. The spa was completely renovated with new decking, plumbing and safety features. The design, implementation and maintenance process were all meticulously planned and implemented. Craig kept us up-to-date for every step and his crew did a great job keeping on schedule. Our members couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend Craig and his crew for any type of pool/spa remodel.

The most beautiful pool you will own! And with four quotes, they were considerably less by thousands, and I received a lot more for my money.. It’s like night and day. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from Coastlife.

My usual problems with pool maintenance is that the techs who service the pool are poor ; or inconsistent, or you have a good one until they leave & the next one is poor. My pool was mostly consistently cleaned well when I was in residence. It as when I was away from my residence that I had issues. Also, the companies billing is deceiving in my opinion. I am a retired lawyer & well accustomed to paying invoices. They bill automatically in the 1 st of the month regardless of whether their customer has a credit in excess of the amount due. Credits on the account are not shown on the invoice. Everyone receives an email declaring the company has not received payment by the 15th of the month regardless of whether they have paid or not. The hitch here is the payment has not yet been entered into the system / routinely. The invoice states boldly that if the check is not received by the 15 th that a $7.50 late charge is automatically added. When questioned they claim somewhere on that invoice in small print it states customers have until the 30th. It is not readily apparent to me anyway. Do I started paying for 2 months at a time. I still never had a credit on my statement & still received dunning invoices mid month. When I called to complain , I was told that all credits were on their website but never are noted in the billing. I had a $400+ credit on my account & I was constantly received invoices showing I was in arrears. I asked for a refund which took 2 weeks to process. I had never received any interest on the moneys they would have kept indefinitely without my even being aware. I am guessing that many of their customers are elderly & may own more than I home. I would also venture that if this happened to me it has happened to other customers if not all. I as constantly being billed for items covered in my contract & it was up to me to correct it- not their responsibility. It was a full time job taking care of my accounting issues with them ; & interestingly, no mistakes were ever made except those benefiting the company & it was in the customer to discover & correct. I don’t have time for that. You can draw any other implications from my story that make sense to u. I certainly have my own theories as to why their billing practices consistently vary from any other company I have used over a 40 yr period. I can only report the facts as they happened to me.

They refurbished my pool 5 years ago. Great job and reasonable cost. They've also maintained it since then. Never miss a week and always thorough.

I am truly impressed by this company. From the very top all the way through to their vendors. Look, no job/company is ever perfect and everyone's experiences differ, but I have had them servicing my pool for 8 years and the entire company is great at what they do, friendly, responsive and caring! They will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. When it came time to resurface my pool, I also chose CoastLife for this. The product itself is beautiful and I have no complaints. The process had some bumps with equipment from a vendor, but not the fault of CoastLife, AND THEY MADE SURE TO BE ON IT (EVERY SINGLE PERSON!) The vendor was also extremely apologetic (even though they couldn't have predicted the machine malfunction) and did everything they could to make it right. I truly had a great experience with CoastLife and I would definitely recommend them to others

I have been using CoastLife Pools and Spas since 2017 and have nothing but good words about their services and their personnel - both in the office and in the field.
The office staff are knowledgeable and courteous and respond almost immediately to questions or concerns.
The field technicians are efficient, very knowledgeable about water chemistry and the pool equipment and respectful of our property.
I highly re commend CoastLife for any and all of your pool/spa needs.
