Dylan is a hardworking young man who is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He has our trust. Never a problem with the quality of our pool water and is always clean. The office is very easy to work with and always seems eager to help if you have any issues. Tech team is great- very knowledgeable. Overall a +++ experience.

We worked with Coast Life Pools to make our dream custom pool a reality and they delivered! From the very first conversation with Craig where we took our concepts/ideas and converted them into real 3D designs; we felt that our project was just as important to him as it was to us. All along the build process the Coast Life Pool team kept us up to date on progress and beat their original build timeline. The team at CoastLife pools has significantly improved the appearance of our pool. We can count on our pool tech perform the entire service. He emails service visit notes before he leaves our home and includes photos. Last year, when we needed to replace our pump and filter, the CoastLife team quickly prepared a proposal and explained our options. They installed the new equipment in a timely manner and it has performed flawlessly. The office is easy to connect with and quickly returns phone calls. We are very pleased with our choice to have Craig and the CoastLife team take care of our pool.

We’ve been using CoastLife Pools for the past couple years. After a disappointing series of events with the prior pool service company, several of our neighbors switched to CoastLife. Our service tech is professional, reliable, personable and very courteous. You can’t ask for much more than that?

The pool is approximately 25 years old and began to show signs of wear on the finish. Last fall, we consulted their Service Manager and he gave us a very detailed estimate of the work necessary to refinish/refurbish our pool system. Their team walked us through the entire process of selecting colors, patterns and the ‘new’ look of our pool. After the work was completed, the finished product far exceeded our expectations and the pool looks inviting and very finished. CoastLife is an outstanding family company with skilled and responsive employees that truly care about their customers.

We absolutely love our pool. Nick was fabulous at helping us design it and is a saint with unending patience. The price was very competitive. Maria at the office is a sweetheart and the entire crew was wonderful. Any concerns were promptly remedied and best of all, the end product is beautiful. We had no idea how much we would enjoy it.

Having my first pool build experience with CoastLife Pools met and exceeded ALL my expectations from start to finish. From the planning process to complete of my pool was outstanding. The communication was always fluid and was always there to answer any of my questions and concerns. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure to deal with from the Owners Craig and Nick to Maria who assisted with my design and the permitting process to Greg who was the field supervisor and was always ready & available with anything I threw his way. Couldn’t be more happier with the way my pool and backyard turned out. Turn around time from when they broke around was also great and just in time for summer!

We just finished building a pool with Coastlife, from start to finish it has been absolutely concierge service. Their design experts Craig and Nick really helped us build the most visually stunning pool in our neighborhood. Greg, our construction manager was excellent and was always available when we had questions. We had easy access to all the staff and all were very responsive to any issues that may have risen. Nick originally said the project would take about 5-6 months depending on materials and they finished in just over 4 months. We would 100 percent recommend them for a pool build. Completely recommend CoastLife Pools without hesitation! Craig, Nick, and Greg were fantastic to work with! All the ladies in the office are also beyond helpful, attentive and a pleasure. They were all flexible during the building process, as certain materials were changed along the way. Any minor issue that came up, Greg was on it immediately.

I got estimates from 6 companies total before selecting CoastLife. They were not the most expensive, nor were they the cheapest, but they were the best with communications, build quality, and customer service.

Despite the city taking forever getting permits, the job that innovative Pools did is beautiful and I am very, very happy. We are at the tail end waiting for the cage to go up and to take our first swim.
