Alex from cool comfort a/c came to my place on a Sunday where my Ac had stopped working and myself and my poor dog were sweltering in the heat without air! I contacted him late last night and asked if he could come over and help even through it was a Sunday! I told him I would be home by noon and he arrived shortly after and took care of our needs! Got the part we needed from his truck and before we knew it we had cold air blaring! He was kind, curious explain Ed everything and was very reasonable in his charges! LIFESAVER is what Alex is!! My father’s AC hasn’t been changed for over 30 years and it was profusely leaking. CC AC was the second number I called( the first never bothered to call back) and he was at my house in a jiffy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. His fee was very reasonable and we’re over the moon that we’ve found our AC guy for life!!! Don’t hesitate to call him for any service related to AC. Excellent and professional service!!

HVAC technicians Oleksander and Oleksiy have gone above and beyond for us in our time of need. We rent a condo and our AC unit broke. We messaged our landlord and he told us that Oleksiy was available later that same day to come in and check out the AC unit. When it was confirmed that we needed a new AC unit, Oleksander and Oleksiy coordinated with the landlord to install a new AC unit. They were thorough and professional with the new AC unit installation. Friendly and great customer service. They were thorough with everything and made sure we were cool and comfortable before leaving. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you have. I had the best experience from Alex at Cool Comfort. The AC froze up the previous night. I had to leave it off all night. He called before arrival. We talked for a few minutes to explain the problem. He took extra time to explain to me what was wrong and what he would do to resolve it. He had to wait for the ice to melt from the coils. After some time he was able to get the freon into the system and check for leaks. He performed a few tasks to make sure the system was stable. I will definitely have him return for maintenance and further repairs, if needed. Thanks Alex.
