In late August 2025, Green Diamond Air Duct performed an AC duct cleaning and UV light installation in my home. I had been suffering from worsening allergies since July, including constant runny nose, congestion, and headaches whenever I was at home. I had to rely daily on strong antihistamines such as Benadryl or Costco AllerClear D-24 hr, along with nasal sprays.

Before choosing Green Diamond Air Duct, I contacted two AC repair companies. One was recommended by a technician from Richmond Air, who has serviced our AC for over 10 years, and another came to check a possible AC malfunction and provided a quote. However, neither company showed me photos of the inside of the ducts or explained their condition.

The service also includes a 3-year warranty with basic maintenance once a year. As an added bonus, Yonatan instructed his team to repaint the old yellow vents white—free of charge—so they matched the ceiling. A small detail, but a great extra touch.

It has now been six days since Green Diamond Air Duct completed the duct cleaning and sanitizing, and I have not needed any strong antihistamines or nasal spray. The runny nose, congestion, and headaches disappeared almost immediately. The improvement in air quality and overall quality of life has been remarkable, especially for someone sensitive to mold allergies.

I am extremely grateful that Yonatan took the time to inspect the vents and show me the photos. Mold inside AC ducts is not visible unless checked by professionals, although homeowners can sometimes spot it by looking inside vents with a ladder or chair.

We called yesterday afternoon desperate to have our AC fixed. Obenson came to our home and quoted us $3,700 to fixed a split unit ac. He said the part that needed replacing is $900. To charge $2,400 as an installation fee is absurd and a flat out scam. He knew we were desperate and may have agreed. The price of our ac unit brand NEW on Amazon is approximately $1,300. Why not suggest that? And again how can you charge $2400 as an installation fee? Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will scam you out of hard earned money.

I was charged $900 dollars to replace my AC Capacitor, had another company come out and they said I was scammed, as it should not have cost anything close to $900 dollars.
I am waiting on a callback from the manager now.
