I had the service done today and I have to recommend this guy was very fast, clean and professional.

This company is a scam.
Had me waiting all day for them to show. Reached out on Facebook an hour after the window ended and was told the guy is still on another job because he found mold and the customer wants them to stay to remove it. No heads up, no follow up about rescheduling. I asked if they could come the next day and never heard back. I sent another message and they left me on read.

I cleaned the ducts with Green Diamond and Shlomo showed up at my house. He was a very smart and pleasant man. This was my first time cleaning the ducts in a house I bought almost ten years ago. Shlomo found some problems in the system but was very reliable. He sat with me and took his time and showed me prices online from other companies and also called me to help me get the best price. We have a bedroom in our house that the air doesn’t reach and it’s always hot there and Shlomo finally fixed the problem and the room is now very cold. Really good result, good technician, I highly recommend them.🫶

This man was super unprofessional. He left dust from the ac unit all over my house. He did not clean the ducts, never cleans the dryer vent, and just dusted around the vents. He insisted that I pay for mold removal when this house has no mold in the vents. All he did was hook up a vacuum to the main vent and dusted the outside of the vents. That is not what the email says he was going to do. He never cleaned the dryer vent. He never even went up in the attic to look at the actual AC unit. He left the ac filter on the floor and didnt even throw it away. After 15 min of him getting here he packed everything up and insisted I pay him. When I refused he called the cops and started yelling at me and belittling me after I jist had surgery 1 week ago. The cops made him leave and told him they see he did not complete his work. The coos completely sided with me and said they could see he didnt complete any of the things agreed apon in the email. This guy is a scam artist. Do not allow him in your house I now fear for my safety

Also I called my normal AC guy who I have used for years after he left. My AC guy pulled up the pictures from his visit last year and said there is absolutely no mold in my ducts. He said all he had in the notes was that I needed my coil cleaned and my ducts cleaned. No mold. This guy is a scammer! Do not fall for his $99 deal. He will just come into ypur house and after 10 min tell you that you need mold removal. And when you refuse he becomes very aggressive and even belittle you. I have it all on video.

Thanks Jonathan for amazing service they found mold and clean it fast and cheap - they give me Warranty and they did great job they show me pictures then after and the results was amazing - I am old woman and he treated me very nice and honest.

Steer clear of this company at all costs. I am happy to read that many of you have seemingly had a good experience with US Diamond HVAC LLC. I thought we had as well until about 8 hours after they left our home. They came to clean our vents and to inspect our a/c system for the $99 special on May 1st. They found mold (which was not surprising) and we hired them to get rid of it. The service was completed a little after 6:00 pm. All seemed fine until our pot rack came crashing down from the ceiling at 2:00 in the morning, 8 hours after they left. The condensate pipe had been intentionally or unintentionally separated during the cleaning process but it was not reconnected. This oversight caused all of the condensation to collect in the pan and overflow which then leaked to the kitchen ceiling causing the Sheetrock to fail and the pot rack to collapse on the granite countertop. They told me to call them any time, “if i had any issues”, so I sent a text with video of what had occurred. It was read at 10:50 am on May 2nd. Having not heard back from him, I called his number. It went to voicemail with no option to leave a message. As of May 3rd, there has been zero response, which does not, in any way equate to an “A+”customer service rating. Ironically, we now need to pay another company to ensure that the water damage to the sheetrock is dry so that we do not end up with another mold situation. They state that there is a 4 year warranty on their services yet they are unreachable a mere 15 hours after they take your money. Fortunately we have all documentation for next steps. Please be sure to ask for copies of their license and insurance before hiring them.

Marco was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and gave me a complete explanation of what was needed on my unit. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He went over and above to do a complete job. I highly recommend his services.

Stay away from this company, they are unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. One of their workers, driving around with the company car, was an absolute maniac and repeatedly tried to get me to rear end him. Anyone with half a brain would not do this with a company car, but I got the number and called them to address this. When I called, the person I spoke to insulted me and harassed me instead of being professional and apologizing. I have the whole interaction on video and will be calling the authorities to report this. Stay away from this company, they are joke and lack any professionalism. If this is how they act outside of work, I can only imagine how dishonest and unprofessional they are when it comes to their job.

This guy showed up to my development with no Identification so he could not get in there he said he had his ID on his phone by then we had changed our mind and because we canceled his service he wanted $20 because we didn’t give it to him he went and put my home address along with my phone number that I’m selling my house and have all types of people calling me very unprofessional.

Also My husband is elderly and fell down the stairs. Jozi the technician immediately quit his job, dropped everything and helped Billy get up and treated him as if he were a doctor and an air conditioning technician. What an amazing person, amazing service and an amazing company. I recommend them to everyone. People with hearts of gold!
