Allan, the plumber came to fix my toilet. I had videoed the picture and audio. He knew exactly what was wrong. He did an exceptional job and replaced some parts. He was professional and friendly. I’m very happy.

I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option. The service is absolutely unacceptable. The phone support is rude, unhelpful, and shows no intention of resolving the customer’s issue. They schedule appointments with ridiculous 6-hour windows, and on multiple occasions, I’ve been left waiting the entire day without anyone showing up. This is a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. Truly a disgraceful service from start to finish.

The plumbling tech was great, he did the needed repair in a bit. My issue were the customer reps, they sound aggresive at the time I make the appointment. Also, according to the email received for the service, my appointment was at 9.00 am but the tech came at 12:30 pm🙃

Great company. I needed an emergency service call for my AC unit that was leaking and they came within 2 hrs. And fixed it.🙏🙏🙏

The two technicians that came to repair the washing machine did a wonderful job they were in and out within 40 minutes.

Lights went out in the refrigerator technician instructed me how to take off the cover and I went to Home Depot for a replacement bulbs installed myself. They’re always very helpful.

Week before total saw the line from the freon was dripping. Checked unit outside. Low on freon. Everything was fine after both visits

Lack of flexibility on appointments, when technicians come they are great and order the parts you need, but the company never gets back to you, so you could be waiting for months forgotten by them. When you call to get an update on these, they don’t know anything and tell you to call again in a couple of days, which keeps on going. If I weren’t paying for it out of the maintenance fees on my building directly I would definitely have cancel long ago. Do not like them and do not recommend them.

Total Appliance is a very professional company, private owned with great staff who are very very knowledgeable. Their customer service is over and above! They care about their reputation.....never had an issue in 13 years.

Excellent service, they lent me a refrigerator while they got the parts to fix mine; it only took a week to do the job.
