Yonatan came to my house to provide an estimate. He was fair and I felt to be honest in his assessment. There was no pressure to sign up then and there. I got a couple more estimates from other places (some were very pushy). A few days later I hired Yonatan. He came on time. With communications of his arrival - meaning I wasn't stuck at home waiting all day. He performed the work thoroughly and even walked me through it at the end.
His services included mold removal/treatment.

I will hire him again for annual maintenance.

Note: standard maintenance is $99 for 2000 sq foot, 10 vent, 1 ac unit house. I paid more as there was mold removal too

Great customer service, took the time to answer questions and explain. Walked me through things and showed me before and after photos. I had a lot of mold. So, I did the mold sanitation and treatment. They offer great warranty as well.

Great company did a great job at my house! They arrived on time. Their customer service is great, they respond quickly within a minute. The next day I already had a technician even though they were full of schedule workers and they arrived on time. They cleaned the ducts and you can feel the change. There is clean air. I definitely recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to put the furniture back in place. I am an elderly person and they didn't let me lift a finger. Really great company and excellent work.

Our experience with USA Diamond got off to a bit of a rough start. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to a timing issue on their end. The follow-up appointment on Friday was also delayed, but they did arrive later than planned and were very apologetic about the inconvenience.

Once the technician, Johatah, arrived, things went smoothly. He was extremely polite, thorough, and informative throughout the entire process. He explained we also had mold which he show us with his phone video. He then explained the next step that would be needed if we decided to do any of them. Which he did explain the cost of each treatment that will be needed to remove all the mold. Then explained that is best to do preventive maintenance treatment yearly.
He kept everything clean and professional, and the work was completed efficiently and with care.

Despite the initial scheduling hiccups, the quality of service and professionalism once on-site made up for it. I would recommend USA Diamond for their services and plan to continue with them for the remaining treatments. I’ve even gone ahead and recommended them to others.

We are very pleased with the service offered by Green Diamond Air Duct LLC.
Jonathan showed up with an assistant the day after we booked. He introduced himself, went around the house to identify the work to be done . He identified Mold in two of the ducts during the cleaning and offered two solutions without pressure.
We choose sanitization at this time and might consider the light method eventually.
Jonathan is extremely professional: he is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain clearly the method(s) used, will explain more than once if needed, is cautious of the environment and has a very pleasant attitude.
We definitely recommend this company.

Yonatan and Shlomi from Green Diamond Air Duct came to my place and were extremely helpful and professional. They both put booties over their shoes before coming inside, which I really appreciated. They cleaned my dryer vent thoroughly, reattached it the correct way, and also cleaned up all the lint and debris in the closet, leaving everything neat and safe. Their attention to detail was excellent and the service was very professional.

Great experience with Yonathan and crew. Timely arrival, fast communication, great pricing, and more importantly, took the time to listen to my needs and address them.

Service is excellent, work is excellent. I purposely stayed with the technician and watched. He indeed removed and cleaned vent by vent...1 by 1. He used the brush at high speed with extensions, pulled in and pulled out.....then vacuumed 1 by 1. He also applied chemicals for disinfecting each vent. Im happy with this service.
