The Right Service came to my house after hours late. The only company that came out that night and fixed my AC. Jonny was very pleasant and very professional. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem it. Would highly recommend him and used him again.

Terrible experience with this company, they are a scam. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE. I paid almost $1000 for them to come tune up my system only for the system to completely stop working within a couple weeks. Called a different company to check and turns out The Right Service had left my refrigerant line valve open so that it would leak and I would have to call them back for more work. That’s not something you “accidentally” do, They are scammers and overcharge for basic work. They do not try to fix the issue they’re just trying to create more work for themselves. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are the best I received great customer service, Johny is very polite and patient. he took his time to explain to me what was wrong with my unit and also worked super fast.

After the last experience I had with this company I will not be using their services anymore and I will not be able to recommend it to anyone else. In the past, I worked with them and everything was ok. That's why, a year later, I called them when my AC was not working correctly.

They arrived promptly and they were able to identify that it was a leak in the system. The only two options that I was given were to refill the gas or to buy a new AC from them (which was $6900). Thankfully my wife was able to get in contact with another technician from another company before we made any choice. We asked the technicians from The Right Service things like if they could find the leak, if the AC had insurance, could they repair it. The answer from them regarding checking the leak was that they would have to cut stuff, then add a liquid, and then check the next day. Regarding the insurance, without even checking, they said that the AC had no insurance. Regarding the repair, well, you can imagine. We ended up only asking them to refill since my wife was pregnant at the moment and I did not want her to spend the night without AC.

The next day. The technician that my wife was on the phone with was able to find the leak without having to cut anything like we were told. He was able to check that indeed the AC did have insurance and that the piece that was leaking could be replaced with the insurance. His services for the whole thing ended up costing me the same as The Right Service asked for only refilling the gas that was leaking.

Either the technicians were incompetent, they did not want to work, or they wanted to scam me by lying and making me buy a new AC when it was not needed.

Would rate as a zero if I could - made multiple appointments as they were no shows. Call the phone number and it's just a bulk call center where customers cannot speak to a representative. They indicate that a manager will call back, but no one does. Once the service person called back and promised that he would make the appointment, but then never came.

Technician was so helpful and courteous. My bank put a hold on my account and he had to wait for his payment. Then I sent payment. Y Zelle to wrong number. He and his team were so patient and understanding. I’m 79 and no longer the sharpest tack in the bunch. He did not get mad or upset with me and was kind. I’d recommend him to service your needs anytime.

I am an AC contractor and I recently had an incident with their company. One of my customers called me for service and I told them I would be by later - only to find out that this company went to their property and was attempting to work on their system (which I installed). Apparently, one of the residents had googled my company's name and was directed to a spoof phone number which went to "the right service". My customer asked him which company he was with and he said my company. At my request, she asked him to leave and he said she still had to pay him. I asked her to call the police and lock the door.
I called the number and they answered with my company's name... very strange. Why would someone with a van labeled "the right service" say he was with a completely different company?

The right service broke my AC!
I had issue with the AC where my evaporated coil was icing up. My old hvac guy told me earlier that coil is dirty and likely needs to be replaced. But I didn’t trust him much and this time I decided to try new company - The Right Service.
I called this AC company to see what they would say about my issue. Creole speaking guy stopped by and immediately told me that my coil is fine and doesn’t require cleaning though he said my freon level is low and I need more freon. He brought tank of freon and started adding it and leaking all over the place (please see video). Then he said it’s done and wanted me to pay $420 for this. He didn’t check whether AC is working after this but demanded money right away because he wanted to leave ASAP. I told him I’m not gonna pay until he makes sure AC is working, he said ok and left without money.
After some time I noticed that AC is not blowing cold air anymore at all, I figured this guy did something bad.
I called same company again and 2 new Creole guys stopped by and told me my AC compressor has burned down. They showed me burned outlet of compressor (see picture). I told them it was your guy early in a morning who broke it, because before him compressor was ok. They answered: ‘how come he could broke it just by adding Freon’ and offered new compressor for $2k. Screw them.

I believe he just added too much Freon that morning so that compressor couldn’t handle the load and started tripping.

Long story short, I don’t recommend this bunch of careless scammers to anyone! Please stay away from this company!

I had a problem with my A/C unit i called around every one was asking for 200$ to come out on a saturday to check the unit , wich is understandable, and i called these guys and they came right out and figured the issue out , very responsive , figured the problem rigth away , and they were very reasonable priced , will definitely use again and recommend. We called Alexander based on a recommendation to fix our IC system. He thoroughly inspected the entire system, going over everything multiple times to ensure it was working properly. He connected additional equipment that other specialists in the same field hadn't even considered. He identified and resolved the issue effectively. The best part is, the price was much more reasonable than we expected! I highly recommend him!
