Leaving a review for a company that so well deserves it feels so great! The Right Service is definitely a team worth writing about. I called them about a leak in my Ac unit. It was a Sunday, a very hot day in West Palm Beach and they came out to my home in a very reasonable time frame. I called several places but they were either closed on Sunday or not able to come out until the following day. I scheduled an appointment, the technician named Masa called me, gave me reassurance that he will get everything taken care of and so he did! I'm so happy with The Right Service! Great team, Great price and Great customer service!

My family suffers from allergies and I was concerned with issues my Ac was giving me. I called the Right Service to do an inspection for the unit and the duct system. After a thorough inspection they professionally advised that we need to do an air duct cleaning and sanitation. I felt a significant difference in the coughing and allergies almost immediately after the technician did his job. I definitely recommend every household to get this service done by such a great team of professionals.

My experience with The Right Service has been incredible. I've been having ongoing problems with my Ac and haven't been able to get this resolved. The technician Mr. Obenson came out to inspect the unit and was so detailed about what needed to get done. He was very professional and polite. The price was fair and the job was done beautifully. My upstairs AC went out on a Sunday, and I called Emergency AC and had great communication with a woman who tried to get me someone there quickly. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. It got too late for someone to come that night (no one's fault) and the next morning, Benson from The Right Service showed up around 10am. Took one look at the unit and told me there was a loose piston and that the coil had frozen over (I could also see the ice). His recommendation was that I replace the entire unit. I asked him to check the TXV valve, as the reading had been fine during my routine maintenance a few months earlier, but was something we were keeping an eye on. He assured me it was fine. He also told me that I had no freon and that it would cost $420 to refill it but this would be a bandaid - might last forever, or until tomorrow. He said there was a leak but he couldn't find it. When I asked him how many pounds of freon he added, he said he'd have to check, but that it was empty (never got back to me with an amount). He also told me the outside compressor needed to be replaced because it was overheating. Before he left, I asked him to come upstairs to ensure that cold air was coming out of the vents. I didn't feel any, but he insisted it was. Well...2 hours after he left the temperature had gone up by 3 degrees (to 82). I called in another AC repair guy, who was immediately able to correctly diagnose that the TXV valve was indeed the problem (it read 800 psi and it blew right off for anyone who understands that terminology). Luckily, this guy was able to get a replacement valve the same day, replaced it, and the AC has been perfect ever since. There was no need to replace either the indoor or outdoor unit (both are less than 3 years old). Clearly, the guy The Right Service sent didn't know what he was doing and wasted both my time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

New unit last September. Won't heat in the winter or cool in the summer. Runs for hours to cool the house. Air set at 78.... 95 outside...ran for 4 hours without cycling off.

Wonderful service! I accidentally cut a wire to my unit doing yard work and they showed up within an hour! Had it all fixed in less than 30 minutes! Super polite and honest! Showed me things and asked permission rather than just doing! Wish I could rate them higher!

I called them for my ac freezing up. The first day they are scheduled for 2 to 5. And showed up at 6 and looked and said it needed freon. Charged me $400 . Thr next day it freezing twice. Called and left 4 messages and nothing.
They finally came to second time and added more freon. And told me i need a new ac and it would bw $6000. Next day it frozen again. I call left message and never heard back.
Had someone else come and and they found a leak right away. Just be careful with this company nopne seems to know what's going on. Now I trying to get ny $400 back.
