I called Total to come check a slow drip in my kitchen faucet. The tech, Jorge who had done some work for me on an earlier visit, looked at what might be causing the leak and proceeded to change a part in the faucet which elimated the leak problem. He was friendly, courteous, professional and explained what the problem was. I have used Total for many years and will continue to do so. Well worth the yearly contract fee.

My air conditioning was leaking and as I live in a condominium which led to not only problems but extreme heat. I called Total and they scheduled a supervisor, David. Who came on a Sunday. He was not only so nice, but he was so knowledgeable and had it fixed quickly. He was great!

The service was scheduled quickly and done correctly. The only problem was that the technician was supposed to call me 30 min before arrival, so someone would bring the apartment keys to the building lobby. He never called, which caused significant confusion, and the person with the keys ended up waiting for him downstairs for almost a full hour.

Total is professional, prompt, and very reliable. I had a wonderful experience with Orlando. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and found the problem and resolved it immediately.

The same technician was previously sent to repair our refrigerator. Instead of resolving the issue, the appliance actually began working worse after he left. This time, he came to replace a part in our dishwasher. The dishwasher was fully functional before his visit, but after he replaced the part and left, it stopped working completely.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of service. Repairs are never done correctly the first time, and the ongoing issues are unacceptable. We are not in a place where basic appliances should be impossible to fix properly on the first attempt.
