Fabio was great and professional. He helped me with one of our Air BNB Properties when a guest tried to commit fraud and claim our Air Conditioners were omitting dangerous gas fumes for a free stay. It was a nightmare to have that on your back. Fabio came and inspected our ACs and then sent us the report later in the day. Everything was 100% Professional. Thanks again !!!

Probably the worst and most incompetent appliance company that you could ever use if you have any option and I really mean any option besides them, you should use it even if you have to pay money. It would almost benefit you to hire a different company and pay more money because you’ll be happier in the end because they didn’t screw you over six times Hope this helped Don’t let them write a comment under this saying oh so sorry we’d love to help you. Terrible experience.
I scheduled an AC repair between 8:00 and 8:30 AM — no one showed up, and I received no call. I waited over 20 minutes on hold to speak to someone, who said the technician would arrive before 2:00 PM. Still, no one came.

This is unacceptable, especially in this extreme Miami heat. I lost time and still have no solution.

Well I called for service on a Wednesday "broken air conditioner " they said the best they can do was Friday between 1pm and 6pm I said ok I'll take it .. it is Tuesday and I haven't heard from them ,no call no show .. very disappointed 😞

The gentleman that came on Friday was so patient being that my mom is an elderly woman I appreciated that when she told me that he was very nice and fixing the issue over all

I would have given a higher rating, but we had to wait THREE days before we could get our conditioner fixed. NOT GOOD!!
