We needed to clean a large family house after longterm guests left, who apparently did only basic or very little cleaning in general. We contacted The Maids in Ft. Lauderdale for a deep clean and their green team came to the rescue, they were very friendly and willing and most importantly did a great job! An impressive work. Non-stop, they took their time patiently and cleaned every space, every corner thoroughly. Very happy with the ending result.They knew what they needed to do, very professional. Thanks you!

They charge way more than they quote,
They promised to send a crew of 3 and only two showed up. (Told me the bill will be less because the missing person) at the end the service was average, I didn’t let them clean the master bedroom because it was taking too long to do it, on a house that is properly maintained cleaned every day and deep cleaned twice a month.
Not recommended, waste of money

I am very particular when it comes to my house being cleaned. The crew were naturally particular and thorough when cleaning my home. Detailed and will not miss what I have personally seen other.services miss. They are polite, curtious and really care about servicing your home and needs. The team is so willing to help and do exactly what you have asked of them . You do not feel this a company but a family! I so enjoy and look forward in every time the team are scheduled to come. As well as rewarded with everything in place and immaculately cleaned! You will absolutely love The Maids! ❤️ as I have. Once they come, you will find it very difficult not for them to continue! They are truly amazing! They have changed my life and have lifted so much off of me that I was carrying. The team knows exactly what to do! I could not be more happier!

I’ve used these guys over 2 years now. They’re super professional. My team had Beatriz, Milagros and fargrany. I gave them a challenge and they delivered. Definitely recommend them.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it was genuinely disappointing. I scheduled a cleaning with The Maids and paid over $200, plus a $60 tip, expecting a thorough job ESPECIALLY at that price with three cleaners on site for two hours. And this was explained to me that this would be a “deep cleaning” it was far from a deep cleaning. I have a 3/2 home, but chose a package that excludes 2 extra rooms and only included the master and everything else.
While the kitchen, windows, and baseboards looked great, the master bedroom and master bathroom were noticeably neglected. Dust was still visible on both nightstands and the dresser, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t received much attention at all. Even the main bathroom door was untouched. I had to go back and clean areas myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional service especially at that high price.
I also asked about oven cleaning if time allowed when the team arrived, and was told they’d check and let me know. I never got a response back, and of course it wasn’t included in the service. That lack of follow through added to the feeling that the job wasn’t handled with care.
I reached out to Jon twice via text to try and get a resolution, even asking for a partial refund for the missed areas in the master bedroom and bathroom after he initially offered a redo, then changed it to just the missed areas, and after that, my message was read and ignored. No follow-up. No resolution. Very unprofessional.
I had planned to sign up for monthly recurring cleanings, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. I’ve attached photos for people to see how this company handles resolving issues. Horrible

Mama's mates is really one of a kind and so hard to find someone who is as good as they are. I gave them a call a few weeks ago. Came down right away. Gave me an estimate and started cleaning right away. Been working with them ever since and never have to Tell them what I want clean or how very professional. Extremely clean, friendly and most of all trustworthy. I've even given them a key to come in and clean when I'm not home. Thank you, thank you! Thank you for all you do. This has been the best cleaning service that I've used. They arrived on time, and were extremely professional. They cleaned and dusted everything!! I can't believe how dusty my house was until I saw the difference with it cleaned. 100% I would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service. The first cleaning is a bit more in price due to them being so thorough then next cleaning is a lower price.

This is the worst service I've ever experienced! I was told one and they arrived and said something else. They also expected me to clean my own house, which defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning company to begin with! They were rude and disrespectful and o wasted time from my day for a company yo come and walk away from a job. The pictures they have online are false advertising and they expect your house to be clean prior to getting a deep cleaning done.
