These ladies came to my house to clean. Broke a faucet knob from my bathroom tub and refused to fix it and pay at least half for the damages. They also lied about the damages they made when they were the last one in my bathroom. A $650 repair. Now Heidi has stop responding to my messages and phone call. Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible.

As a first time customer I totally recommend Synergy cleaning. They did a phenomenal job in my house. Even my husband was impressed by the spotless bathrooms and the clean air we now breath.

They’ve done a great job at my place for over 3 years. I’ve only ever had a problem once and they immediately offered to fix it. They are professional, reasonably priced, and accommodating. You won’t regret your decision to use them!

Completely satisfied with the service. The girls are really nice and open to all requests, they work really fast and you can tell the house was deep cleaned. I've been using this service for a while and planning to keep doing it.

Synergy is truly a game changing company. They make being a working mom who wants to keep my house as clean house possible. I usually maintain the house between cleaning and have them come every 6 weeks for a deep clean. It is very easy to schedule regular cleaning and they are always prompt. I can get my house cleaning done early in the morning before I go to work and come home to a fresh smelling and clean house. They even have sanitizing services available. I have been using them over a year now and have been nothing but pleased.

This company is incredibly profesional and amazing at what they do! I hire them weekly to clean and disinfect my salon and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is always spotless and I can’t even begin to describe how my clients love the fact that we get the salon disinfected! I highly recommend them!

When I first moved to SoFL 2 years ago, Heidi came to my rescue when I needed a whole house move in cleaning in a rush on a Saturday. I've used Synergy ever since every 2 weeks and I've never had any problems. Efficient, professional, prompt and always do a great job. They've certainly earned my business and loyalty.

Excellent service! Since the first call the owner was very responsive and scheduled my visit (2 weeks before). Jessica y Josselim came on time, paid a lot of attention to the details (they found a lost Apple Watch that was lost for a few weeks), they have very good attitude, and were efficient.

Unfortunately the experience we had with this company was absolutely terrible. We set up a move in deep cleaning. The bare minimum was done and the company hounded us for payment which was not a problem but the lack of responsibility for quality of service supposed to be given to a customer as well as the lack of tact and unprofessionalism shown was extremely disappointing. Many things were left unclean and there was no coordination with the company's management and administration with their employees. They were so busy working about payment that they did not even ask or want to hear about how poor the services were. Of course we paid the full amount but no type of regard was shown as to how terrible the actual cleaning was and the lady who was in contact with us was extremely rude and did not want to hear about any of our concerns, this is not how you do business. I would never recommend this company. Quality matters above all else and they lack the work ethic a business should function off of. The floors were not cleaned properly, the oven wasn't cleaned inside, and the bathrooms were not given the deep clean needed, all of these were things we requested and were confirmed with the cleaners and none were handled correctly. It's a shame that no response was given after we tried to amicably resolve this situation. Terrible company.

We have a baby coming and have been incredibly busy getting ready for it. The Synergy crew came in and gave us a deep clean to prepare for the baby and get us straightened out. The team was super nice and helpful, were here a little early but that's ok! Looking forward to having them back in a few weeks.

Highly recommend. I’ve been using them for a few years now. Great service. Friendly and respectful. My schedule changes often and I’ve called them several times to request service with short notice - I truly appreciate that they always make an effort to accommodate me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointed with the service. Used them twice, as I thought they would do a better job the next time around. Considering I spoke to one of the owners regarding my expectations, of which nothing outside the norm. The first time they were in my home they were to do a deep cleaning, that DID NOT happen. My only special request was to make sure they wiped down the light switches and door trims. Not only was this not done, the patio was left a mess and I paid extra for. I even took pictures to show how they did NOT wipe down anything nor sweep; dust, cat litter, dirt on trims, etc.. The second time around....same thing no cleaning of the light switches, door trims, they put dirty dishes in the cubbard and home was left dusty throughout. I made my decision to use them based on the reviews on yelp, I'm now left wondering if any of the reviews are from real customers, since they've been in business for barely over two years and there's over 27 reviews, all of which are 5 stars. I was planning to use their service in my office, but after using them twice at home, I can't use them again. When I told her to take me off my biweekly scheduled cleaning due to the substandard work...her response was "OK! Sure. Thank You" Really? That's how you stand by your work?

I had to follow behind a lot. It's a tiny home with one bathroom, two bedrooms. It shouldn't take longer than three hours for a deep cleaning, which was the time frame suggested by the owner Heidy. As we neared that third hour, I had to get my vacuum and Swiffer to finish whatever wasn't cleaned. Amazingly enough, the girls began picking up speed only at that point to finally clean the two rooms and windows (which I was asking and reminding, very nicely, as the clock was running). When I tried calling to ask about their tipping policy, Heidy didn't answer but was texting me quickly to make sure payment went through. She didn't want to address anything, she just wanted that Zelle payment. She offered to call me back after her "doctor's appointment." I was still wiping down our front window when the ladies left. Nobody deserves to worry while a service chooses what to clean or how quickly they want to work. Heidy never did call me back. Always be kind, but very stern, if you choose to hire them with your home - but I wouldn't gamble with it.

I booked with Synergy in need of a cleaning for my new home after moving in a few months ago. I was able to schedule a day and time that was flexible for me through their website. I received a text from Ruben to confirm the booking , price, and address. Exactly at 10am, when my cleaning was scheduled for, I get a knock at the door from Yoseline and Roxanna who greeted me with smiles. They were very respectful and careful with my belongings and decorations. They asked me to check their work so I can let them know it was to my liking. When I asked them to vacuum a cluttered room full of boxes that I initially told them to not clean, Roxanna immediately took care of it with no questions asked. I appreciated that Yoseline cleaned and put my dishes away that were in the sink. Most cleaning services would let them air dry and leave them to the side. I loved the detailed cleaning! From them creating nice folds on my toilet tissue and paper towel to cleaning the bottom of the toilets that is typically disregard. In 3 hours, they were able to clean my 1,900 square foot home. This included 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. They cleaned my windows, dusted, scrubbed the grout from my shower, mopped and vacuumed the floors. My beds were made neatly. The ladies were very kind. We were able to get to know each other in the short amount of time they were here without interrupting their work flow. They work very well together and I appreciated their team work and fun work environment. I definitely would like for Yoseline and Roxanna to come to clean my house again. When they were finished, I received a message from Ruben to ensure I was satisfied. Synergy is an excellent cleaning company and I look forward to having them over again!

Great fast service! They have been cleaning our offices since covid and have always done a excellent job. Usually a team of two or three and they are super efficient and professional.

Synergy cleaning always does an amazing job. Angelica is good and so are all of the other ladies. Much more pricey than other companies, but they are worth it.
