They did such a great job! Used them for the first time and will definitely be scheduling more often. They were so responsive, accommodating and friendly! Also love the beautiful flower they left behind, such great attention to details.

I've been using Synergy Cleaning Solutions for years. They have been very reliable and professional. when we bought this home the previous owners left it a smelly and unclean. We found them on Yelp and before our first appointment, the owner Heidi came out and consulted with us with a walk through. Every since, they are our cleaning service. They are flexible and have been able to reschedule in a pinch. Sadly, they just did our final cleaning of this home so that we can hand the house over to the new owners immaculately clean. I am continually impressed by the Synergy team. I've had them to my apartment about a half dozen times and am so grateful to have found them! I discovered them through Yelp (where I also left a review... I don't do this often, so when I do, it's because I truly believe in the service) and scheduled a basic one-hour cleaning. The two ladies who came were punctual, sweet, and very thorough. Synergy is reasonably priced and flexible. I love that I can communicate with the owner via text. I've moved twice in the last year and the first thing on my to-do list for move-in day is ALWAYS to have Synergy come through and do a complete cleaning of the new place. It's a comfort and a luxury that is both affordable and dependable.

I am so thankful to this wonderful team of ladies for making each of my 3 most recent homes feel moreso! They provide a breath of fresh air, professional, efficient service, and our messages back and forth arranging the appointments always bring a smile to my face.

Paid for a move in / construction cleaning. Was disappointed to find the inside and outside of many drawers and cabinets left dirty. Top of cabinets full of sawdust. Baseboards left dirty. Vinyl flooring left with a hazey coating from whatever they used on it. And floor is still very dirty from construction. Have also found some areas where it appears they spilled some kind of purple liquid between the baseboard and floor and it stained the caulking and the baseboard.

instead of being able to unpack, I’ve been having to clean everything. I would have happily paid more for a better cleaning.

the owner could say we had workers here in the way but they were only here for a short period of time and doesn’t excuse the majority of the messiness they left.

i reached out to the owner to let them know I was disappointed (even though I paid what they asked without issue and didn’t ask for a refund - I just wanted them to know their crew didn’t do a good job) and they didn’t even care to respond. Goes to show you how little they care.

***update in response to owners reply - there was no construction going on in my house at the time of the cleaning. I had someone come out to fix a piece of trim in one closet. They did not make a huge mess all over my house that would excuse the lack of service you provided across my entire house.

Vanessa and Angelica did a fantastic job cleaning my new townhouse after construction. They were very thorough and detailed, walked me through at the end to show me everything! Highly recommend!

The service was incredible, went above and beyond what I hoped. The representatives who provided the cleaning service were kind, on time, and extremely thorough. They communicated with me throughout so I knew just when to be back home. My partner and I were both thoroughly impressed by the quality of the service and the great attention to detail. Our place hadn’t been cleaned in 18 months and they left it spotless, feeling fresh and brand new. Incredible service!

We had the team of Angelica, Manuela and Martha come today to clean up after some work was done sanding walls

The whole place was full of and they took their time and cleaned all of the Crystal and the liquor bottles and the cleaned the furniture and the floors.

The house is good as new.

Synergy Cleaning Solution is by far the best and most professional cleaning service I have ever booked to clean my home. I had hired a few in the past and all of them did less than mediocre work. Synergy on the other hand exceeded my expectations just when I was ready to give up on quality service.

I requested the deep cleaning option and will continue to use their services on a regular basis. They even went the extra mile and added a few final decorative touches. Synergy Cleaners have been cleaning my place for a while now. They are always very friendly and professional and do an amazing job cleaning my whole home.

They’ve also been very accommodating of my work schedule in regards to their scheduling.
