My tenants kept having problems with the a/c so I called Mike at service shield and he was there right away. He was professional and corrected the issue. I havnt had any complaints since Mike serviced my A/c. Highly recommend them. Prices are fair and they don’t bother you by trying to upsell you non stop

Mike came out to my home in Sunrise for an AC service call and I couldn’t be happier. My unit wasn’t cooling properly and he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed it the same day. If you need AC work in Sunrise, I highly recommend him.

Our AC unit finally gave out after about 20 years. It was the original one that came with the house so we knew it was only a matter of time. We ended up having to replace the entire unit and I spent some time looking around for a reasonable estimate. Mike at Service Shield gave me a great deal and made the whole process simple and stress free. He was honest, explained everything clearly, and got us taken care of. I really appreciate the great service.

Michael came to fix my AC and did a great job. He was on time, very friendly, and explained what was going on with the unit. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was working before leaving. It’s hard to find honest technicians these days, so I really appreciated his help. I would definitely call him again if I need AC service.

i also just want to say from my personal experience over the years, i cannot recommend this company enough. i have trusted him with my ac services for years and i genuinely would not go to anyone else. he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. you can tell he takes real pride in his work and approaches every job like a true perfectionist who wants everything done the right way the first time. that kind of care and consistency is very rare to find these days.

i have actually tried other companies before out of curiosity and convenience and it only confirmed for me that the level of service, honesty, and precision he provides is on a completely different level. every single time he comes by, he is respectful of my home, explains things clearly, and makes sure everything is running perfectly before he leaves. it gives me real peace of mind knowing my system is in the hands of someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their customers.

Our AC broke down yesterday and their technician Mike came out and was very professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with our system. The main issue being a grounded compressor. After explaining all of our options given that the system was from 2011 we decided to replace the system. Mike was able to get us a new system the next day. The install process was exceptional Mike & Shawn were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend Service Shield for anyone in the Sunrise area having AC trouble! I contacted service shield because my AC unit was not cooling, the technician came right out within 90 minutes and had it back up and running in no time, he took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave me a really fair price, Needless to say I won’t be using any other company from now on! GOOD JOB SERVICE SHIELD!

Short version: They lie about when they will be out. They lie about their charges and they don't get back to you...you have to call them.

Detailed version: They advertise on their site that they work hard to earn your service. They say they can have someone out within 2 hours. They also say $20 off the service call if they are late. At 9am they told me someone would be out to my house at 12pm and they would call when on their way. So first off that is 3 hours from the time I called. I didn't fuss because I have patience and was happy someone would be out the same day. Then, at about 12:30, when I hadn't heard from anyone saying they were on their way I decided to call the office. I was told that the job my tech was on was going to take at least 3 hours and he won't be out to me until after 1:30-2. Fine. I mean I rearranged lunch schedules at my job to accommodate but never mind that. Finally around 3:30 I got a call that someone was on their way out to me. Good. After review of my unit, it was determined the part was covered under warranty and according to the tech it will only take him an hour to replace it and their hourly rate is $89. Good. He said someone from the office would call me Friday to schedule the install. No one called. I called them, again. Saturday morning I received a call from someone saying they would come out on Monday to replace the part and the charge would be $375.00!!! For what? I ask. Trip charges he says. So on top of their inability to be on time they also change their prices whenever they want. Did I mention that I paid $49 for them to come out in the first place? Yeah. That was a total waste and now I have to find another company and hope I don't get ripped off again.
