When they do eventually come out to you, they will not over charge. This is really the only reason I'm giving any stars. They are at least honest. However; I've been strung-along for many days on multiple occasions waiting for them to even schedule me.

We just had a 18000 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Split installed in the master bedroom and could not be happier. The unit is quiet and extremely efficient. It cools off the room in a matter of minutes. The crew from Koltec was very professional. They showed up on time and installation was complete within the time frame they promised. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, punctuality and efficiency of this company. Contacted them, as well as a few other companies, for an estimate to remove and replace 2 roof AC units. Koltec got our business. Extremely happy with the work they did!

I've called Koltec twice in the past couple of months, to deal with older AC units. Both times, David fixed the problems quickly and smartly (he even had to "McGuyver" something yesterday, caused by the weird prior installation!).
