We are so thankful we chose Stubbs! We knew we had an issue with the front of our house and roof, but were shocked at the damage on the back side of the house that was hidden. Stubbs gave a quote prior to Hurricane Michael and started and finished the job on schedule in the midst of all the hurricane chaos.
After the Hurricane Michael, I needed repairs on my rental house. Stubbs gave another competitive quote with additional information that I was able to submit to my insurance and was compensated for a full roof replacement.
They were so easy to work with that I told my neighbors and they have re-roofed 3 more houses on the street.

Stubbs did a fantastic job on replacing the roof on the house I just purchased. They responded quickly to any concerns I had, which I greatly appreciate. Upon completion of the project, the yard was thoroughly cleaned and you wouldn't have known anyone had been there (except for the nice new roof of course!). These guys were great. They priced everything very fair. They were great with communicating start times with all the rain. They kept me in the loop when plans changed and they needed to fix things that weren’t on the estimate. The roofers themselves were so kind, they cleaned up very well, and worked their butts off. We just bought a new house to move into since we’re turning this one into a rental and we will most certainly use this company again when we need a new roof on that house.

Oscar from Stubbs Roofing in Tallahassee was wonderful! He did what he said he would do and did it well. My phone calls and texts were returned promptly. A repair was all that was needed due to improper installation of valley shingles by another company that roofed the house before I bought it. The repair saved me big bucks and was affordable. One other company did not return two calls and another did not return my call after finding out I wanted a repair and not a complete roof. Both of these companies installed roofs in my neighborhood. Stubbs Roofing installed my gutters several years ago and have maintained/cleaned them twice a year since. They contact me when it's time, we set a date. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and do an excellent job. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I always have an excellent experience with Stubbs. They replaced the roof and gutters on our last house and did an outstanding job. So much so that it contributed to the house selling for the asking price! This time around, I needed the useless chimney removed on our current removed and the roof repaired. On a nearly 20-year-old roof, the job looks so good and so seamless that unless I point out that there was once a chimney, you'd be hard-pressed to know the shingles in that one spot are new. No issues with the job and the small crew were courteous, friendly, and worked steadily to complete the job in a few hours. I am quite pleased with the work!

We are very pleased with the new roof Stubbs recently installed for us. Not only were they hardworking and congenial, but they went out of their way to work around a nest of baby wrens housed in one of our plants! Excellent cleanup, too!
