When I needed my gutters replaced, I asked a local contractor who to call, and he did not hesitate - GutterHawk. After calling, the sales rep was available within a few days to prepare a clear estimate. Communication was thorough and clear using all modern methods. After accepting the estimate online, the job was scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time, completed the work in a fast and safe manner, and left the jobsite clean. They are excellent. We leave in a wooded area and Our gutters are always clean. They clean up the debris after they have cleaned the gutters.

It has taken me a week to write this review. So much for service recovery.🤦🏾‍♀️ My concern was that it literally took less than 12 minutes to provide professional gutter service. The guys arrived at my house @ 2:10 and was finished at 2:22. I observed this on my home cameras because I was not at home. I voiced my concerns to Amanda, the office manager. I don’t know how my concerns were relayed to the crew but she sent the back out at the end of the week, when I was home. As soon as I opened my front door, before I could say a word, it was obvious James was not happy. He started telling me “he had blown the roof off and was doing it again”…etc. It was not simply about blowing the roof off. Some people would call this a verbal attack. He would not stop defending himself. Even after I informed him that I’d already discussed this matter with Amanda and would not discuss it with him. I asked/ demanded he leave my property. It was about a thorough professional gutter maintenance which I pay $129.00 twice a year. I have this entire interaction on camera as well. If the service takes less than 12 minutes then why do I need twice a year maintenance, which I agreed to by your recommendation. Is my expectations unrealistic?

I had new gutters installed, they were reasonably priced, the crew was very professional, and my new gutters look great! Not my first experience with Gutterhawk, they installed gutters on my first home, almost 40 years ago!

GutterHawk Installed New gutters and downspouts in 2022 on my new home that was built here in Florida in 2017-2018. New home are typically NOT originally built with gutters here in North Florida which came a a big surprise to this former New Englander. I was told/promised "there will be no issues with rain water". Not true, big issues with rain water. GutterHawk came in with a very complete quote, accounting for heavy rain issues others did not, and at a reasonable price for the work being done. I additionally contracted for 3 gutter cleanings and roof inspections per year which are performed like clockwork with no intervention by me. the cleaning crew lets me knew the day before they arrive, and when they have completed the job (via text messaging). They do a great job and leave my yard in excellent condition. they appear to work safely and efficiently at all times.
Well done to GutterHawk 3 years in!

Chris and his co-worker are so competent and thorough. They blew off the roof and gutters. Then, they blew the leaves off the deck and walkways. They did a great job and are very pleasant and courteous!
