It was time for a new roof on the home. I decided to shop around and obtain estimates. TSparks Enterprises was one of the companies contacted and selected. This was the best decision I could have made. I certainly appreciated the different options presented to help make a final selection.

Travis and his staff answered all of our questions, even when we were so undecided in selecting the roof pattern. Love the fact, that he was so honest to say, ‘you’re really over thinking it’….LOL. As I remained undecided and uncommitted in selecting a roof pattern, Travis displayed only patience.

Once the project started, I didn’t stress about timelines, communication or worry about the progression of the project. TSparks is truly committed when they accept and start a project.
His team did a fantastic job. It was indeed excellent workmanship. I’ve received many compliments on the roof, gutters and exterior shutters.

Yes, I am also planning other major renovations and this is the only company I plan to use. I just wished I had used them for an earlier project this year.

We had a large pine tree fall on our house during Hurricane Michael. I called Travis and he was there the next day with plans to tarp our house. Travis was always available and guided us through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable in his field and really understands how insurance works. His team re-roofed our house and it looks beautiful. Everyone on his team was professional, friendly, and hard-working. They also did quite a bit of interior work for us and were great to work with. I would highly recommend Travis and TSpark if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly team.

TSpark Enterprises was professional, timely, and had good communication. We were given 2 options on our roof replacement and are glad we chose the recommended solution. The work was done quickly. What little interaction I had with the daily workers on-site was polite, helpful, and instigated by us. The job manager was available for questions and was always responsive in a timely manner, often immediately. There was no leftover mess or lawn damage. Great care was taken to avoid both. When they were finished with the job, we had a beautiful new roof and soffits. There was no other indication they'd been on site. Professional work, professional cleanup, spectacular results. I plan to use them for other home improvements in the future. Highly recommended.

We have worked with Travis and TSpark Enterprises on two projects now. First our roof replacement and second on new siding on our house. He introduced us to a newer product called Everlast for our siding and we are so happy we went with that. It is an amazing product! Travis is always super patient with all of our questions and completely honest about all options and costs and what would be best for your situation. His crew completes the work in a timely manner and always leaves things better than they found them. Travis always checks on ongoing and completed projects and if something is not up to his standard he gets it corrected right away.

We are already planning on a complete master bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout and closing in our garage at a future date. Travis will always be our go to guy for any renovations we do!

I have worked with this company twice regarding small projects for my roof, and they have been truly excellent. They respond promptly, provide reasonable quotes, offer honest advice, and are happy to take the time to explain their work. I'll need to replace my whole roof in the next few years and would definitely call them again for that. I particularly liked working with Frank - very helpful!

Invoice has been paid and I have to say my first experience getting a new roof was amazing! The crew was so nice, and the work ethic and quality set the bar and standard I will always look for. We were very happy with the services provided by TSpark. Travis was of great assistance in helping us select the right materials for our roofing job and was also very accommodating with some scheduling issues we encountered. The work was done quickly and looks great. The roof was a fairly standard job, but TSpark also renovated a large storage building that was in very bad shape. I had my doubts that it could even be done and several other contractors declined to bid on the work. But Travis and his crew were able to figure out how to make it work at a cost that was quite reasonable for the amount of work involved.

I would not hesitate to recommend TSpark to family and friends. An all around excellent experience.

Awesome company!! They replaced our roof, and although that experience is normally dreadful, TSparks made it rather delightful! The team was nice and even provided us with their company’s apparel as a token of appreciation for doing business with them. They were very timely and provided quality work. After the May 10th tornado struck my home, I interviewed many contractors both from in town and out of town. I could not place my trust in any of those with whom I had spoken. I read the reviews about Mr. Sparkman. I met with him and he was knowledgeable, direct and helpful. I felt confident with his caring advice. Upon contracting with Travis, the work immediately began. I was thoroughly impressed with his workmen, the quality of workmanship and the timeliness of his scheduling. In addition, shortly after the tornado event my wife had passed. The weight of my situation was compounded. Travis seamlessly eliminated the stressful issues of restoring my home. Travis is a true gentleman. He is honest, responsive and is a great communicator. My appreciation of him and what he has done for me is beyond measure.

Frank from T-Spark came out and did an assessment for what we thought was a roof issue, he went into the hot attic and did a thorough job (fortunately there was not a roof issue) and at the end he didn't even charge us. We have used them in the past for roof replacement at another residence and we have been very pleased with their service and work. Strongly recommend them.

Hurricane Helene dropped a 70 foot loblolly onto my house causing a hole in my roof with damage to the supporting outside wall. TSpark worked closely and seamlessly with my Citizens home-owners insurance and gathered permits to begin a thorough reconstruction.

Not only the roof but the exterior wall and interior ceiling were restored with outstanding results. These guys are professionals who take pride in their work.

Travis and Andrea from the start were professional, friendly and helpful. They kept me informed and when the workers came to remove and install the new roof everyone again was professional and friendly. Grady kept me informed of the progress and they cleaned up each day and left the surrounding areas clean and free of debris. The gutter installers were also professional and did an excellent job. Would definitely give TSparks a five star rating and recommend them to friends and family.
