I had a problem with the dryer exhaust on the roof. I called GutterHawk Company because they had installed gutters on my new roof 2 years earlier. The roof had been installed by someone else. The Gutterhawk had done an excellent job with the gutter installation at a very competitive price. So I called them for looking at the dryer vent issue. Jared and his son came and in minutes fixed the problem at no cost to me. I was most pleased again by their prompt response and service. In the process Jared gave me good advice about how to manage the issue going forward. Thank you Gutterhawk.

Jan 2026: start the new year with clean roof & clear gutters. No need to call any other team. 7/2025: Maintenance crew are back to maintain new gutters and new metal roof (not by GutterHawk). Be sure to note that metal roof requires special equipment for crew.

WATER ADVISOR LLC's quick water damage restoration service was a gift in disguise. When they got there early, they looked for a leaky pipe in the basement. I was amazed at how quickly they dried the area and got rid of the musty, stale stench.

They cleaned the mold in the bathroom fast and well. They performed a great job fixing the damage and getting rid of the water, and the pricing was reasonable. I also respect how hard they work.

We received numerous quotes for our new roof and ultimately decided to go with Stubbs. I appreciated how personal and friendly both Dustin and Christina (the owners) were. They took time on multiple occasions to answer questions, go over our options and concerns. Its obvious that they value good customer service, and have taken time to put a lot of useful information on their website. The price was very competitive and the job was well done. Since the roof was installed I've had multiple other contractors working on the house (gutters, wood rot, landscaping) and many have said that the "roofers did it right" for this or that. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I have mixed feelings about Stubbs, but Oscar A's recent service has led me to leave a positive review. Oscar was fantastic and I will request him by name on any future project. He single-handedly earned this 5-star review. If you care to read the backstory, here it is: I had a new roof installed by Stubbs and immediately had major leaks around my skylights. They came back and tightened some bolts around the skylights which came loose during the roof install. This helped but I still had a leak during major downpours. The representative who oversaw the roof install came out a few times and basically said "I dunno, you could buy new skylights." (Side note: it is apparently advised to get new skylights when you get a new roof, but no one at Stubbs mentioned this to me until months into this leak. I would have bought new ones and avoided the headache had I known before.) The rep didn't offer any sort of compensation or discount for this issue, making it clear that he didn't care much about my business now that the project was over. Months went by and I was in the process of getting a different company to fix the problem, but figured I'd give Stubbs one last chance. At this point, Oscar showed up, figured out the problem within 10 minutes and then came up with a repair plan that has worked (so far, 2 months out). He took full responsibility for the previous mistakes and didn't charge me a dime. He made sure the work was done properly and communicated throughout the process. I couldn't be more impressed with his work. Moral of the story: if you go with Stubbs, ask for Oscar!
