Great company! We had our vinyl siding upgraded to board and batten hardie board, and had new exterior doors installed. Was impressed from start to finish - everyone was nice and easy to work with, estimates and billing were clear and right on target - no surprises, and they had great attention to detail and didn't cut corners. We are so happy with the results!

The entire staff was very efficient. A few shined above expectations. Seth was a detail man and made sure we were happy with their work. We would highly recommend them. Dont mess with the other companies they can't compare. Joe and Justin were so helpful and always answered our questions.

Spartan Exteriors just did a siding and window replacement job at my office and they did an excellent job. Seth, who was supervising the siding crew did a great job of communicating with me and moving the job along. The painting crew, headed by Jonathan, also did a great job and then did a follow up walkthrough to make sure everything was satisfactory. Joe and Justin were very professional in their preparation and follow through.

We enjoyed working with Spartan Exterior on a recent project at our home. All we had to do was make one simple phone call and Joe and Justin handled all of the details making this installation as streamlined as possible.

Next, we worked with Mike on the details of the color selection since it was going to be an accent on the back of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the installation process and was able to answer all of our questions. And now that the project is done, we can assure you that his knowledge of an appropriate color was excellent.

Then came the installation. Seth and Keldrick are an amazing team. Not only are they qualified and very capable to handle the installation they were very concerned with even the most minute details, leaving us with an excellent product. No regrets at all working with them.

We had our 1st cup of coffee on our patio this morning and were so pleased with the installation. And looking back on day one, with that telephone call, we do not regret our decision.

The price point was excellent and so was the installation.

Paul and entire crew did a dock repair job for me on the Wakulla River. Project was fully explained before during and after the project. Entire crew were easy to deal with and were 100% professional with me and each other. The entire project was an educational process and more importantly the work more than met my expectations. A professional organization - if you have a dock project try them you won't be disappointed!!!!!!

This company is amazing - Paul and his team rebuilt our front porch and stairs with quality materials and workmanship. They were here everyday until the job was completed. The stairs were complicated to replicate but the team was able to do it with excellent carpentery skills. I would highly recommend Spartan if you wank quality work by exceptional team members.

I had Spartan Exteriors put Hardie Board siding on my house and replace a few of my windows. Prior to accepting this job, I got various quotes. Of all the quotes I received, they were the most reasonable and professional. They also were willing to do half my house, whereas other companies were not willing to do a partial siding replacement.

The work done is extremely high quality and no detail was over looked. They even installed several flashings that were missing on my house, ensuring water stays outside of my house and siding.

They also painted my siding and did a very thorough job. Again, no details were overlooked.

Overall, their workers and team leads (namely Seth, Nicolas, and John) were very professional, respectful, and transparent. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The construction and painting crews from Spartan Exteriors renovated our tired house into a sharp new home. Seth led the demolition and construction crew. He explained the work process and communicated the project progress to us. His crew worked diligently to remove existing materials, repair any structural damage and replace it with Hardie siding. Jonathan and his paint crew finished off the project. First, they sealed and caulked the siding; then, they finished the project by painting the house. Seth and Jonathan were polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Both crews were professional, hardworking and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

I want to start by saying that my husband and I bought our 1938 Old Town home 10 years ago. For the past 5+ years, we’ve been slowly scraping lead-based paint off the exterior in an effort to restore its still-beautiful original siding. But with full-time jobs and raising our daughter, time was scarce. After finally finishing just one side, we waved the white flag and admitted the job was far more than we could handle, so we called in reinforcements.

After much research, we reached out to Joe and the Spartan crew, the only Hardie-certified contractor within 200 miles. Given the blood, sweat, and tears we’d already poured into this house, we wanted the best, and we found it.

Joe came out in April to give us an estimate and patiently answered our endless list of questions. We signed the SOW in May, and by June the Spartan team was on-site.

In a whirlwind 3-4 weeks, they completed a full exterior siding replacement, rebuilt our porch and rooftop deck, replaced the laundry room subfloor, installed a new sliding door, and even swapped out a bathroom window.

We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the crew, each one of them lovely. Despite the chaos outside (and occasionally inside), they were as considerate as possible to us while we worked from home. Even Bentley, our famously antisocial dog, adored them. He was genuinely sad when they finished and still misses his new friends.

No project of this size is without hiccups, but what matters is how those hiccups are handled, and Spartan stood by us and their word every step of the way, making sure everything was made right when an issue or misunderstanding did arise.

Would we do it all over again? Absolutely - 100%, as long as Spartan Exteriors was our partner.

We still have some projects to finish but we’re grateful to the entire Spartan team for getting us 95% of the way there.

I wish I could give them a 10. From the owner to the crew, the team has been so kind and professional. They make sure things are done correctly and his teams are well trained. Jose was fantastic and very thorough, never made us feel like a bother or that we were asking too much. They restored my belief that not everyone is out to take advantage. Despite the delays on my siding and widow replacement, Spartan Exteriors did an excellent job on the entire project. The owner and their entire workforce were professional, friendly, and fair. Their pricing is reasonable for the sheer amount of due diligence they do on their work. Overall I would entirely recommend them for the quality of work they do.

I wanted to give a special mention to Nicholas Campbell. When they switched foremen, due to that delay on the windows and doors, Nicholas took over as foreman. He is a hard working man who with minimal complaint personally takes on hard work to finish the job. He was out at my home over a month after the widows and siding were completed to modify the siding for an exterior shower. Worked until almost 10pm and left only when his task was complete. That level of work ethic is not easily obtainable in this millenia and I cannot commend him anymore without physically giving him a medal.

Overall, these guys do very good work. If you are looking to get any exterior work redone they will absolutely give you a quality product along with some excellent customer service along the way.

They are the best!!! Very professional, communicative, and skilled. Completely transformed our home. Seth and his team were amazing and did all the demolition and siding, and John and his team did an amazing job painting. They were here early and stayed late, and constantly communicated with us, as did the office staff. We had an awful and costly experience with the prior contractor that replaced our roof and repaired the hurricane damage. Our experience with Spartan was AMAZING! Great company and people!

Definitely recommend this company. Seth and his crew did demo and hardie board siding with board and batten, new soffit and fascia. Gave them a challenge to deal with the rock and they knocked it out of the park. There were many unique challenges but they conquered them all. Jon and his crew handled caulking and painting soft wash. Which was a challenge again with the rock. They even put a sealant on the rock. Awesome job , beautiful. Awesome to deal with from initial quote very detailed all the way to completed work. Honest, hard working, they take pride in their work. Dependable extremely pleasant crew, professional. Job well done. Thank you guys so much for making our home and garage beautiful again. Greg & Donna
