Travis oversaw essentially the rebuilding of our house due to damage caused by hurricane Michael. Travis was always responsive and reasonable and the work was great. Any issue that arose, which there always are on a job this size, Travis addressed with professionalism and a genuine desire to do the right thing. I would highly recommend TSpark Enterprises.

100+ stars !!! I cannot say enough good thing about TSpark. I would recommend them to anyone needing any structural work or major home repairs. They work hard for their clients and do not stop until the work is done including when the insurance company tries to scam the homeowner. Day and Night, Travis and Heather worked to get my claim settled. Travis went above and beyond to help fight the insurance company for what was rightfully mine. Thank you for a job well done.

TSpark went above and beyond in performing the work on my home after Hurricane Michael. We had a tree that hit our roof and fence. TSpark got us on their schedule well in advance of what we expected. The work was excellent and their knowledge was amazing. We would definitely contact TSpark and recommend them first for any future work we need on our house or to anyone we know.

My roof LOOKED perfectly fine from the street. But it had last been installed in 2005, a fact which surprised me when the insurance agent made note of it as a possible reason for my higher homeowners insurance. Since TSpark had installed a new roof on my parents' house, I thought I'd reach out to them to do mine.

Once they got the old roof off, they saw the damage that had been done by every hurricane since 2005 to blow through the area, and the ravages of time - the roof needed REPAIR. No one likes to spend money, but they showed me and my wife the extent of the damage and it was irrefutable. Luckily, they were more than equipped to do the repairs and did so within nearly the same time frame as they had estimated a simple shingles-install roof would've taken.

Frankly, I'm amazed at how fast they were able to enact the repairs and continue with the actual roof/shinge installation. A fly-by-night company might have just slapped new shingles on the rotted, falling-to-pieces understructure and called it a day, or gouged us by exaggerating the damage.

But I saw the damage and it was real, and they rightly warned us of it and then charged what I consider fair prices to fix it. Now I have a sturdy, well-built roof that should last me a good, long time. Thanks, TSpark!

We had a leak in our roof and needed a new roof. They came out and fixed the leak first, free of charge, as they could not come and renew the roof right away. When they did come and replace the roof everyone was pleasant and professional. Because I have horses they came back to make sure all tacks were picked up. Roof is looking great. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

Travis Sparkman and his crew do a fantastic job. They are honest, straight forward, hard workers and get the job done quickly. They repaired our roof after we suffered damage from Hurricane Michael. What I appreciated the most is I contacted him on the Monday I got back from evacuating Tallahassee and he came out that very same day to give me a quote and to have his crew put a temporary tarp on the roof until they could finish the whole thing. They finished up all their work by Friday of that same week. I recommend Travis and his crew to anyone.

Travis and his team are the best! They had a long list of repairs following hurricane damage and I am beyond happy with everything. I have a beautiful new kitchen, my roof is fixed, and I was able to move on with my life thanks to Travis. He is on speed dial for all my future projects.

I called Travis after discovering that the almost 90 year-old asbestos roof on my family home was damaged. He promptly came out to assess it and his teams safely removed the old roof and replaced it with beautiful new shingles. Having a roof shingle replacement is never a "good" experience and throw in Solar Panels and it can get complicated. Travis worked with me to smooth out the process and made some valuable suggestions. The Roof turned out beautiful and the solar was back online in good time.
TSpark was great on clean up and follow up on minor issues, some of which I did not catch but they did.

My home needed to be re-roofed. After reaching out to several local contractors for quotes, I chose TSpark Enterprises. I sure am glad that I made that choice. They sell high quality products and do high quality work, and their prices are competitive with the local market. 02/15/2019: I had an awesome experience working with Travis at TSpark Construction. We live in Cairo GA and needed roof replacement from wind damage. Having to navigate the claims process with our insurance, Travis welcomed questions and reassured me about how all that worked. Upon my first call to him for an estimate, he responded timely and came up to Cairo without hesitation. When work started his team was very efficient and proficient and completed the roof in ONE day. Our new home had a small area of termite damage that we needed to have investigated and repaired to satisfy our mortgage requirements. T-Spark was so professional, always arrived on time and exactly when they said they would arrive, and handled the entire matter for us. They took pictures as they investigated how far the termite damage went to show the mortgage people, and then repaired everything quickly and completely. Every person from T-Spark that we dealt with was totally professional and had great customer service. We plan to use them for a couple future home improvement projects we have planned.

I hired TSpark to renovate a rental property and Travis was great. Responsive, helpful, and did a great job. I have since had him repair a roof and he did a great job with that too. He goes above and beyond to get the job done and make sure the customer is happy. I would definitely recommend his services.

I'm a residential customer who has done multiple projects with TSpark over the past couple of years- new deck, gutters, rebuilt a termite-eaten section of a wall, painted the house, and built a drainage system into a driveway that floods.
