Joe and his crew have now done 2 great jobs for us .. the first was on our 1917 home in Bainbridge Ga .. and our vacation home on Alligator drive in Panacea Fl. In both cases they were first rate. Showed up when they said they would (a biggie in my book), did the work siding both houses in Hardie Board to high standards and in all cases went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. I would recommend them for any work needing to be done. They are dependable, trustworthy and their craftmanship is excellent.

I've had the good fortune of seeing the Southwood siding project through since we decided as a board to completely replace the defective siding on 110 of our townhome units. Prior to meeting the Spartan team, we bid the job out twice and felt that the other bidders were taking advantage of the situation. On our 3rd round of bidding, Spartan came to the table with clearly identified costs and a timeline that was realistic. I'm thrilled to share that the timeline was reduced from two years to one and we are now enjoying our beatiful homes. The increase in value to our units with this major restoration will continue to hold for years to come. The Spartan team was dedicated while maintaining both quality and quantity. Their communication when they found unanticipated challenges was outstanding. They worked through the challenges seamlessly with our design team. We used spartan Exteriors to repair sofit damage on 8 buildings after the tornado's that came thru.
