Dustin Wells Construction has just completed a complete revamping of my kitchen, including new flooring, countertops, backsplash, sink, and cabinets repainted. I absolutely love it!! I have known Dustin, and he has done work for me, for probably close to 20 years. I have always known him to be honest, responsive, professional, and so pleasant to work with. The subs he assigns to help with the work are also very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly would recommend that you contact Dustin to help with any of your construction needs. I believe you will be glad that you did. In comparing Dustin's work with other builders that I've hired in the past, I haven't found any other that can compete with the quality of his work and for a very reasonable price. His work has exceeded all my expectations and his pricing is outstanding. I am pleased being one of his regular customers for over 5-years. This is the second time we've had Dustin and his workers do work on our home. The most recent project was a complete bathroom remodel. Dustin and his crew are trustworthy, show up for work when they say they will, and are just a pleasure to work with. No headaches whatsoever throughout the whole project! Our home was ravaged by the tornadoes last May. We were referred to Dustin Wells by a roofer who came to review the damages to our home. That very same day I was put in touch with Dustin, and right away, I felt very at ease. He is very easy to talk to, personable, courteous and professional. We set a date to meet at our home.

Work on our home began in the beginning of February, and everything was completed by the second week of May, right on schedule! During the repairs, we were able to meet with Dustin and chat, go over any concerns or changes to the plan. He always made time. If there was a question or a concern, all I had to do was text esnd text message, and I would have a response that same day, most often within the hour! Thats unheard of for a big business. You feel like you're the only client!

Our house is better than it was before! It looks and feels just like a brand new build! The entire team, the subcontractors and the administrative staff are all super people to work with. Efficiency, professional workmanship, courtesy, thoroughness and attention to detail is what you get with Wells. They remain avaible to you even after the project has been completed, customer satisfaction is really what they aim for. Our house was presented to us, complete with a new front door mat, "Home" , and a lovely "Thank You" card as well, gifted by the construction team.

We will certainly look to Dustin for any fuure projects!

From the outset, Dustin and his associates spent time with us going into meticulous detail listening to what we wanted and providing valuable insight along the way. We ultimately decided to renovate our kitche, get rid of unused space in the dining room by building a butler pantry and renovate a bathroom. They kept us informed of any price changes and any diffuculties along the way that would impact his schedule. They worked with us to keep the dust down which was a huge positive for my wife. In the end, he created a project that is beautiful and on time!

Big bathroom renovation was completed on schedule. Workers came every day, cleaned up each day, meticulous. I'm very happy with the finished product.

Dustin and his people are by far the most professional and kind contractors I’ve ever worked with. My home was damaged in the May 10 tornadoes and my insurance company found another contractor to come out and rebuild the stairs to my home. They were the only way in and out of the house and there was water damage inside, so it had to be done quickly. Unfortunately, the company my insurance found did a total hack job, didn’t rebuild the way it was laid out before and thanks to finding Dustin, we later found out it wasn’t to code in many areas and was never permitted, engineered or inspected. Once I realized how this other company operated, I switched to Dustin and his team as soon as possible. The stairs were redone and permitted properly and they look amazing, the roof is safer than it was before, the floors and walls are nicer inside and out as well. He worked quickly and everyone I came in contact with, with whatever project, was friendly and did great work. I have some other projects in mind which I’ll be calling them back for too and I recommend them to anyone. Also, his family and PJ, their office manager, made me feel like family too. For such a nightmare to go through, they really saved the day.

We had French doors going to our back patio replaced this week. Dustin Wells Construction did an awesome job and were great to work with. Easy communication from the beginning all the way through. Couldn’t have been more pleased to work with them for our small project. I would not hesitate to have Dustin Wells Construction perform any future projects we have!

This guy is incompetent, disrespectful and a snake. He charged me hundreds of dollars to quote an easy job. I was desperate and he said it would be applied to the repair. He had good reviews online so what the heck I thought. When he gave me the quote I couldn’t my eyes it was 5x the cost that multiple other contractors later quoted me and 6x more than I ended up getting it fixed for. Of course I said no and asked for my money back. He refused. Said his time is cost money and nothing is free. Was very rude about it. He was only at my house for 10 mins! Shop elsewhere folks!!

I had a tree fall on my house and Dustin came to my rescue. He worked closely with my insurance agent and subsequently was enlisted to do more work for my carrier because of his integrity and appreciation of fine and honest service. His team is the best in Tallahassee—loyal—professional and trustworthy. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else!!

Fantastic experience with Dustin and his team. Very professional and we just love everything they did for us! We had SO many compliments in the neighborhood from the transformation! LOTS of squirrel repair, new columns, gutters patio door and some pretty paint. We LOVE it!

We engaged Dustin Wells for a complete remodel. Two complete bathroom remodels, all new flooring throughout (tile, hard wood), woodwork, doors and trim, paint throughout. Sun tunnels in family room to brighten a dreary room. His suppliers made our choices of materials an easy and pleasant experience. His crew was a pleasure to work with and were attentive to every detail. I just can't say enough about how pleased we are with our choise of contractors.

Dustin Wells has an awesome crew that totally updated my deck. It is just what I wanted. They paid attention to each detail and the deck is stunning. The paint job was excellent, two coats and every board was covered! I could not be happier with Dustin Wells Construction!

We had hired another contractor to remodel our bathroom and he did terrible work. Sloped the floor badly, miscut tile, installed the shower mixing valve backwards, etc. After firing him, we hired DWC. They gave us a fair estimate and got to work. They accomodated our schedule and were very professional and polite throughout the entire process. When we weren't happy with even the smallest issue they bent over backwards to make it right and ensure we got the best imaginable finished product. Their craftsmenship and skill are top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a project large or small.

Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company!!! Had kitchen fire and insurance recommended them. They sent two twenty year old +-boys who spent more time on their phone then cleaning soot off ceiling. Got there at 9:30 took 1 to 1 1/2 lunch and left at 3:00 PM. Took them 2 weeks to do what my wife or I could do in a full day. Still wasn’t cleaned and had to redo ourself around top of cabinets and behind stove and fridge. They said Service Master said they would take care of everything and make sure everything was complete so I let them do it. BIG MISTAKE I had to get a hold of my agent to get the ball rolling. Peadman Heating and Cooling come out and replace all ductwork. They did a Great job . I paid 1st half to get them going into insurance could pay. kept asking Andria about my cabinet doors that were burnt all I got was her saying it’s on my desk. This was me calling every Friday!!! Still never got back. My doors or my Molding that the two youngsters took. I again went out and got quote from a cabinet guy and had it approved to replace all doors due to no one carrying my type cabinets. This fire happened on January 6 during the cold spell. No heat due to soot in duct work. and was around 50° inside house. Service Master drug their butts.around with excuse after excuse finally had heat on March26. Had no problem with Brain and the workers he brought with him. He was professional. The Manager well… definitely need to be replaced. It’s best to find someone else at least for fire damage!!! Charged insurance company $13,000.00. what a rip off! Another person in my town had the same problem with them not doing their jobs and same two dit Witt’s!!! I told my agent not to recommend them to his other clients. Called Cooperate and filed a complaint. We documented everything and when house is back together will possible pursue further action.
