We were very happy with everyone that we were in contact with. They were very professional in removing the moisture and coordinating our insurance claim. We were very happy with their service.

I was gone for two nights, my first trip in several years, and returned home to find that my washing machine was leaking. It took 48 hours to get an appliance repair person to my home, all the while the washer continued to leak. (The plumbers responded immediately but determined that the leak was from water stored inside the machine.) The machine was eventually fixed and I credit Paul Davis Restoration with saving my bamboo floors. Their response to my call was swift and professional. I spoke with the owner, then an assessor, then the equipment set-up crew and three days later the gentleman who removed the equipment. Everything was transparent, equipment was state of the art, everyone was efficient and extremely professional. No visible damage, no wood rot, no mold or mildew, no nightmares. Thank you!

My name is Eric Sapronetti...our home had been devastated during Hurricane Michael last year. We were afraid it would be a total loss. However our Insurance company recommended we use Paul Davis Restoration. They came alongside of us and were able to make the needed repairs. We are just now moving back and it feels like a brand new home!

We had a leak in our wall that had been leaking but we didn’t know about it until it came through the sheet rock. We called Paul Davis Restoration and they came out right away on Sunday. What a Lifesaver!
They said they could take care of everything or they could just take care of drying out the issue after the wall was taken down. They got approval to take the wall down, ran the machines in our house to dry everything out, called the leak detector company to come out and find the leak and then the plumbing company to come out and repair the pipe. They can even call out the company to do your sheet rock and paint the whole restoration! Everything was completely taken care of in 9 days and for how wet our wall was, this was fast! We are back to our comfortable living again thanks to Paul Davis Restoration!

Dayron and his team did an amazing job. Very efficient and quality work. Listened to my concerns and came up with workable solutions. Made sure to tie up all loose ends on completion. Dayron stayed in communication and was very responsive. Would definitely hire again.

Dustin Wells Construction is by far the most competent, honest, hard working and 'easy to work with' contractors I've ever dealt with. We were on a tight deadline for getting a house ready to sell and they handled all of the upgrades perfectly and on schedule!! Their work was impeccable, they worked around my schedule, their prices are beyond fair and they don't scoff at any size job, small to large. Dustin Wells construction exceeded all my expectations. After we had a tree go through our roof during Hurricane Michael, Dustin personally walked us through the insurance process and spent countless hours haggling with the insurance company on our behalf. From the permit pulling process, new trusses and roof, sheet-rock replacement, new floors, and painting, the whole process took less than a month. Every employee was professional and Dustin was personally available at a moments notice and came to check on the progress frequently. I will be referring this company to family and friends and be using them for any future projects :)

We now live in Tennessee and are at the end of a VERY long remodel and addition. The work has been slooow. The guys have done good work but it has been an exercise in frustration and taken 3x longer than it should have. I have many times wished I had Dustin and his guys.
