No one wants to call for help with a water leak, but we were glad SERVPRO was quick to get to our house and start dealing with the water that leaked. Jacari was professional and got the fans and dehumidifiers set up quickly and in the right spots. Hoping we don’t need their services again, but we would hesitate to have them help us out should we need them.

The whole experience was fantastic. We had a leak in our utility room with our washing machine. Within 2 hours of calling Jacari and his team were onsite to assess the damage and start remediation and clean up. They setup dehumidifiers and air movers, assessed the house for damage, and started all the documentation needed for insurance. Couldn’t have been any happier!

When I had a water issue under my hardwood floors, ServePro was on-site within 2 hours of my call: Tamara and Samuel were exceptionally kind to walk me through the unfamiliar process on the phone, while Jacari and Jason were not only efficient when they came to setup the dehumidifiers, but also patient to answer all of my questions. Samuel and his crew are AMAZING! They responded to an issue caused by a broken pipe at my elderly mother's home. As a result of the leak, we had odor, mold, destroyed flooring--you name it. This crew went above and beyond to help us in our time of need.

I want to start by saying the on‑site crew was professional, kind, and worked hard. What was concerning, however, was being asked to leave a positive review before the work was even finished so the crew could receive a bonus on their next paycheck. That alone felt inappropriate and pressured and should come as a warning for those of you reading reviews. After receiving the report for the work, I find out that this text asking me to leave a review came on a day ServPro wrote “customer was not available”. Strange, because I was never asked about availability for that day. I left work early the following day in order to meet the crew at my house and the notes again say, “customer wasn’t available”. I find this extremely sketchy.

Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there, specifically with the billing. The entire process has been extremely shady. I have repeatedly asked for a clear breakdown of the total bill, what insurance actually paid, and why I was being charged for items that insurance had already covered. Instead of transparency, I’ve gotten vague answers, missing details, and unexplained charges.

I’ve spent months going back and forth trying to get ServPro to correct their own mistakes. ServPro has double‑charged me for fees that my insurance already paid. They continued to bill me for items that insurance agreed to pay, simply because ServPro failed to bill or collect from insurance properly. Rather than owning their errors, they’ve tried to push the cost onto me and even told me they took the double charge off as a “courtesy”. Since I refuse to pay for their errors, I have been threatened they would take legal action against me.

The lack of accountability, the evasiveness, and the refusal to provide a proper breakdown of charges have made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. Servpro made an already terrible time, even worse.

If you value honest billing and transparent communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
