Rarely have I been so impressed with any company's service and professionalism. PRO roofing offered the best price among several bidders, but that is just one aspect of such a large purchase. It has professional and friendly back-office and on-site staff, offered continually fast responses to every question before and after the sale, and followed up for me instantly on a few requests I made well after they had their money and the job was done. The crew was terrific and their work looks great: I have gotten numerous compliments. A friend who didn't know about PRO said his roofer did not cover his plants and vegetation the way PRO carefully did. I could not be happier.

I very rarely submit reviews but I have to say this was one of the most professional, responsive businesses I have dealt with in a long time. I contacted several roofing companies and they all asked me how old my roof was, which I did not know. Ashleigh immediately looked up that information and told me, which none of the other companies offered to do. I had several questions and Ashleigh provided me with detailed written responses to my every one of them. She was so knowledgeable and responsive, at one point I asked her if she was one of the owners- she was not. The quote was on par with the other quotes. Based on how helpful they were, I chose them for my roof. They were efficient, did what appears to be an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards.
I had one problem where a railing I had around my office was scratched when they threw the old tiles off. With no questions asked, they sanded and repainted the rail.

As a first time home buyer, a lot of projects are new to me. They made replacing my old roof super easy. I called for a quote and they were there within a couple days. They were great at communicating what needed to be done, what was being replaced, and why. The office staff was so friendly during any communications. PRO Roofing was very professional and did a fantastic job putting on our new roof. They were very patient with us as we decided on the roof shingle and drip edge colors. We had a delay in our original start date, but they communicated every change to the schedule and the delay was just a few days because of rain.

Once they started, we received updates that changed our original estimate. The additional material needed that they could not see until the original roof was removed was minimal and the final cost was very close to their original estimate.

They did a great job completing the project and cleaning up afterwards. You couldn't even tell they had been there except that the roof looked better than we had even expected.

The roof was inspected, and we got a certificate of inspection for our records.

I would highly recommend PRO Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. I have another property and when it comes time for the roof on it to be replaced, I will definitely use PRO Roofing.

Right from the start everyone at Pro Roofing was very helpful in getting me set up to have my roof replaced. The crew that did the roofing was very nice and answered my question and it was quite fun to watch them work. The roofing crew came out and then they cleaned up after each evening before they left to come back the next day. Everyone in the office was very helpful for me to come in and look over the shingles and pick the ones that went with my house.

PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items.

When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it.

Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program.

When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all.

As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
