Huge shout-out to Toby at Florida Floors! I had no clue what all I was looking for when I needed to redo the flooring in a couple rental properties. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the options I had. Prices were on point. Made the whole process much less stressful than I was expecting it to be!

Toby helped me with getting new carpet and wood flooring in my house and shared order and timeframe everything was to be done. It was all completed exactly as described and the installers were hardworking and friendly. I highly recommend seeing Toby at Floorida Floors for all your flooring needs. I used Florida Floors very recently and although the buying experience was ok, the sub contractors that they sent to install the floors had an employee with them who I caught in an inappropriate act in my home. The incident was reported to law enforcement and the individual was taken off my property. When this was reported to the owner of Florida Floors she showed absolutely no concern at all and would take no responsibility whatsoever. No phone call... apology... nothing. The owner said it was the subcontractors issue not Florida Floors responsibility yet it was Florida Floors that sent them to my home. They simply are not concerned with who they send into people’s home. Use someone else in town... there are plenty of choices.

What is really unfortunate is that you are dishonest. You made zero contact with me at the time of the incident. Your employee Toby was the only one that was professional enough to reach out to me and do some damage control. As the owner, you did absolutely nothing. A mere phone call would have made a world of difference. I’m glad to hear your subcontractor no longer works for you. Perhaps you should vet your people properly to begin with. Of course his story would be different than mine. Did you expect him to tell the truth? With law enforcement at his door? Give me a break. He’s a creep and he had NO business upstairs. Your own contractor told the police that they did not send him upstairs for any reason.
As a business owner you should have been on the phone with your customer or the contractor that referred me to you right away...but you chose not to. I certainly will continue to tell whomever I know how we were treated... I certainly would not want my friends or family to be treated the same way. Like I said.. many other places in town to do business with!

We were very pleased with our carpet and the installation. I was unhappy with the delay in delivery, which ended up being an employee oversight. The delivery was actually in the back but had not been received properly. Had it not been for the salesman’s colleague who took initiative to go look for the delivery, who knows how long our wait would have been. When I expressed my frustration to the salesperson, he had no intention of even attempting to confirm an installation date. Enter the owner, she responded quickly and efficiently and our carpet was installed that afternoon. I wish the middle of the process had been as smooth as the beginning and end, but alas, the carpet is in and look great.

After waiting 2 weeks for my tile to come I asked for a refund. They told me that I would have to pay a restocking fee plus shipping for something that was not here! Long story short, my tile arrived 6 weeks later, well after my deadline. Now i have 900.00 worth of special order tile sitting in my shed. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Floorida floors was contacted about buckling floors. Sent out inspector who said we had a moisture issue. We were sold item with moisture barrier and told nothing else was needed. When they sent us the instructions that stated a moisture inspection was needed prior to installation (they removed all existing flooring too) - they would not respond to who did it, or if it was even done - by not doing so voids warranty. Office Secretary then tried to blame it on my two dogs that are ALWAYS kenneled indoors and not free roamers. We sent them a certified letter to respond and they have ignored us. Owner is moving out of the country and has NO Clue her business is being run into the ground. Read other reviews to see how bad their work is and save yourself from a disaster.

We purchased new carpet in March 2022 with Pablo. The installation went ok but we had issues with it coming up in a doorway so they came back out and corrected it shortly after initial installation. I called Pablo back on January 31st 2023 and asked that they come back out to look at a few different areas that are coming up and he said his installers would call me within a couple of weeks. I never heard from them. Our 1 year warranty on installation is up and no phone call was probably done intentionally. I would check around BEFORE purchasing anything from Floorida Floors.

My recent experience with FF was nothing less than spectacular. Christina Powers, designer, assisted me in our residential construction selections. This isn't our first project, it's our 9th; and she was exceptional in her knowledge of design, and willingness to help us achieve our goals of beauty, economy and durability. Our house is complete now, and we absolutely love it! TY, Floorida Floors!

Absolutely love this place!! We've used them twice so far and you can't beat their prices and quality of service they offer! Their products are amazing and the people that come out to install are so professional and fast! I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!! By the way, I dealt with Mariah the two times we've used them and she was always so sweet, professional and really took care of us!! We will be using them again in the future!!
