What a great company! Parker Roofing Options recently re-roofed our 1940s era home and the adjoining carport. From the beginning, it was clear that their customer service was outstanding. Tracie, the office manager and scheduler, called several times well in advance of the job to let us know what to expect and how long the project would take. Their crew of roofers was hardworking, talented and pleasant, working from morning to late afternoon to complete the job quickly and to ease any inconvenience and noise associated with such a massive project. The truth is, Parker Roofing Options is run by honest, decent people who care about their customers -- and follow-up immediately if there is an issue. I didn't know what to expect -- I mean, how often do you re-roof your house? -- but I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-round excellence exhibited by their team.Our roof looks so beautiful that I stop to admire it every time I walk by. I highly recommend this company for any roofing project -- they are terrific!

After receiving a Christmas card from these folks, I was reminded to write a review. In July ‘23 my insurer told me I needed a roof replacement within 3 months I’d lose insurance. I live in Alaska and chose PRO after scrambling, getting bids and cursing my insurer for such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From start to finish they were reassuring, competent, professional and meticulous. Despite an intervening storm, PRO helped me squeak by the deadline including all permitting, inspections and paperwork.

We had the roof on our home replaced a few months ago and it looks wonderful! Their work was incredible, but their Customer Service was even better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any roofing work completed.

I had to have a townhome roof replaced due to 20 yr. age last month. Kelly was exceptional professionally & personally along with crew in handling the process. Their technology available to a client is amazing to show details of before/after. So satisfied w the service from start to finish, I wish I had used Parker Roofing on past roof replacements. Highly recommend this company!

Let me start by saying that Pro Roofing was highly recommended by a friend of my fathers due to speaking with a rep he had spoken with at an earlier date for some repairs on his house. So upon the friend's recommendation my father scheduled an appointment for a Rep to come out to the house to obtain more information and an estimate on having roof repaired and reshingled. Yes, the Rep seemed very knowledgeable and informative on everything that needed to be done. At the end of the day I have learned a valuable lesson. Sales reps of any kind are no different than going to buy a used car that you know nothing about. After a week had went by and we had not heard anything, I started inquiring about the estimate we were told we would be able to access by the following week. I believe it was 4 days from the day we were told we would have the estimate that we finally received it. May have been a lil longer. We went over estimate which seemed fair and committed to have them do the job for us. Gave us an estimated date to when job would begin. Then we got a call that the rep would have to come out to have father sign papers for the permit so the job could begin. Father signed papers. The inspector came out morning of the day work started. Their was not a visible permit anywhere, which if anyone has done any type of construction work, could have stopped the job that was already in process. The inspector then tried to speak with who is supposed to be the lead worker, but unless you are fluent in Spanish it is absolutely pointless. Thank God the inspector was patient. He called to make sure that the inspection was approved.... NOT HIS JOB.... OK, so day goes by and I look at the roofing board. Not very happy with the quality at 100 dollars a sheet. It is definitely the lesser of the quality. D quality.... The Spanish guy believing I have no knowledge of construction work tried to inform me that it was top grade... NOT EVEN CLOSE... The delivery guy tried to get rude with me , but he seen that I wasn't going to be talked to like that so he then changed his attitude. So I literally had went through all the roofing board and told him I did not want what I had laid on the ground to be put up on the roof. They continued to put it up on the roof acting as if they didn't know what I had just said. I then was asked to call the office where they informed me if they had to take any of it back due to me not liking the quality of what I was paying for, I would be charged a restocking fee...🤣🤣🤣 Wow, just wow. If my father was not about to sale this place, I would have stopped the job right their and told everyone to leave and they would be hearing from my father's lawyer. He is 81, trying to get everything in order so he can live out his retirement in piece and relaxation. But you always have people that try and take advantage of others, especially seniors. Well I will tell you one thing Pro Roofing. I will make it a point to tell people of your unprofessional customer service and business ethics to everyone I can, on every social media net work available.... Thank you and have a Blessed day....

Pro Roofing just replaced my whole roof 3 months after the tornados hit and a tree fell through it. No fault to them it took so long insurance is nuts in flordia. I came home after work about 6:30pm. The crew was still cleaning up. They were so kind and sweet. They took great care to pick up everything and swept a few times with a magnet for left over nails. They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. I did point out one small problem and like Spiderman he scaled the side of my house to fix it with in minutes. I can not say how impressed I am on the job they did, the clean up, and how friendly the crew was. My roof is absolutely beautiful and more than I expected. I hope I don't need them again for another 20 years but I know who I'm calling if need be. Pro roofing... thank you from the bottom of my heart... thank you!!! 😊 one VERY HAPPY homeowner!

Working with Parker Roofing has been a seamless and terrific experience! They are courteous, well informed, flexible and on point. Very happy with the roof replacement that PRO Roofing did on my house, late March 2024. The roof looks great and working with PRO Roofing was so easy. Everyone through every step was helpful and kindly answered my many questions. In addition, after the tornado I had some roof damage to my new beautiful roof and called them. I didn't have to do any more than that. They quickly organized the tree service to remove the trees from my house, tarped the roof, and contacted an electrician that was needed to look at the bent mast. Now I'll be using PRO Roofing again to do the repairs to my roof.
