With one call to Pablo he had worked with the representative to have my carpet ordered. Within a week my carpet was ordered and installed. The installation team (Butch&team) were awesome. My Wife and I after investigating half a dozen flooring companies decided on Floorida Floors of Tallahassee and to say we were not disappointed would be an understatement. Everyone was very professional from the receptionist, the sales person and the installers. We were given an appt for an in-home appointment. The sales person arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional.
The hardwood that we selected was based upon the experience and knowledge of the salesperson. We were very happy with the recommendation and the amazing pricing. The install crew arrived on time and stayed late to complete the job.
We are very satisfied with the product the quality of the work and professionalism by the crew they gave us the opportunity to inspect the job before leaving and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
I have no hesitation in recommending Floorida Floors.

I would not recommend this company to purchase your flooring if it is not in stock. I was lied to several times as to the date that I was going to receive my order. When I asked to receive a refund I was told I would be charged a restock and shipping fee for something that had not been shipped so how could I be charged for it? I'll definitely consider of the flooring suppliers first and only as a last resort go to Florida floors

Florida Floors did an excellent job replacing the old carpet in our new home. The flooring selection was amazing & we found the exact color we were looking for. Florida Floors' Customer Service was very easy & helpful to work with. Pablo went out of his way helping us with samples ensuring we'd be happy now, and 20 years from now.
The installation was completed on schedule & the end result truly changes the look of the house. If you are looking for an excellent all around flooring company, Florida Floors is your answer.

I purchased the most beautiful vinyl plank flooring from Floorida Flooring and had them install it throughout my home a couple of years ago. I've loved this flooring since the day it was installed. Unfortunately, I recently had some issues with the edge of one of the planks breaking and I was so upset because these floors should last a long time. I sent a letter via email to the owner, Christina Powers and she responded immediately and wanted to know how quick she could come look at the issue. There was a small issue in one area that she had the guys come out, correct the issue and replace the planks in that area. She is my hero. I have my beautiful floors back and she has my utmost respect as a business owner because she stands behind her products and work. It's not always about the initial sale, it's about how the issues are handled. I highly recommend her, their products and their installers to anyone that wants perfection and nothing less. You all have a customer for life.

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NO STARS! Don't do business with this company. This company started off super friendly and gave me the best quote, however they were completely unprepared to do this job. They sent someone unqualified to install my floors. Adam Yerkes put my floors in wrong and they warped. When I asked for someone else from Floorida Floors (a person besides Adam) to come look at at them, they REFUSED to send anyone and ***told me there was nothing more they would do to respond to me.*** When Adam looked at the warped floors, he said it had been rainy and that is why my floors warped. My house had been standing for 30 years and the floors were fine before the new ones were installed! I had to have the floors redone on my own dime. Upon taking up my BRAND NEW FLOORS only one month after Floorida Floors' initial install, I found that Floorida Floors didn't even make half the amount of subfloor repairs they claimed to make and charged me for! They took nearly two weeks to install my floor preventing me from moving into my new house and requiring me to pay another month's rent and storage fees. They overcharged me and to add insult to injury, claimed my NEW FLOORS didn't include quarter round! I was totally taken by them: Toby VanEsselstine and the store owner, Marais Leon. BUYER BEWARE!!

In the picture you can see the new plywood is moldy only after a month from being installed and the particle board actually gave way to become a hole. This job should have been a full removal of all particle board, but they just wanted to lock me in and take my money. You can see the holes and gaps where the air duct meets the floor. The second picture is a close up from another register in which they left gaps and holes and provided no seal. The second company I had to hire to completely REDO my floors took several pictures of their shoddy work.

Buy somewhere else unless you want to be making a post like this in a month and paying for two new floors to be installed!

We ordered some tile to be layed in our bathroom. And LVF to be installed in the kitchen. The floorers for the kitchen did an good job and we are pretty happy with it. But the floorers for the bathroom is a bit of a different story. They layed the tile in the wrong direction in one bathroom and severely messed up the edges, among other issues, including not having the tile at a solid 90 (the tile is ever so slightly angled). Oh and not mention they got mortor on our 1958 hardwood floors and didn't bother to even try to clean that up. Not really very happy with it. We unfortunately have to move in and use the bathrooms and we are so busy that we won't be able to even try and resolve this. So just beware of the floorers and watch them closely! Two stars in only because the kitchen are okay.

Floorida Floors had a great selection, and Christina was really helpful throughout the selection process. She worked with us to choose flooring that matched our interior design and paint colors, which made decision-making easier. We went with engineered hardwood, and it turned out great—really happy with how it looks.

Florida floors did a FANTASTIC job on my wood floors! Let me just say— I did my homework to make sure I chose the best product for the best value with the best installation crew! Toby and Marias were extremely patient and helpful during my design phase. I am the type of person who tends to ask tons of questions, but they always obliged and offered suggestions/guidance. Michael Lammert, LLC, who contracts with Floorida Floors did my installation. There are builders around Tallahassee who use Floorida Floors and this installation crew regularly. I visited several new homes to see the workmanship and when Michael installed my floors, he did not disappoint. They pulled up old carpet and old tile (in my foyer and around my fireplace) and were extremely careful and detail oriented. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! The entire team at Floorida Floors is GREAT! I enjoyed working with them so much, I'm now working with them again to design my area rugs! Best customer service and best price!

Purchased Mohawk laminate flooring to re-do a dining room. Pablo Sanchez in sales helped at all levels to procure the flooring and trim. We installed the flooring ourselves, and all went smoothly. Then in May we had FF people install the same laminate in the great room. Looks good so far, but time will tell.

While renovating my home I have discovered that the LVP flooring installed by this company years ago did not have a moisture barrier installed underneath it. It also appears that the subfloor was never leveled prior to flooring installation. As a result of faulty installation and cutting corners, all of the flooring in my home is separating. There is also significant moisture that accumulates under each floor board and I am very concerned for mold growth and an unhealthy living environment.

I contacted them and they initially agreed to come out to inspect and take pictures, but since then they have been giving me the run around. They said they would call to follow up and never did. I’m still waiting for a call back.

This company may seem like a good option. They can seem very nice and offer competitive pricing in order to gain your business but they will not do the job right and if you have any issues they will refuse to talk to you, much less make it right. Check their reviews and you’ll see I’m not the first person who’s had this exact experience. They do not follow Florida building codes or professional practice standards. I strongly encourage anyone wanting to use Florida Floors to go elsewhere. You will regret using this company.

Fantastic local roofer. From their initial visit to the installation they were great and were patient about the numerous delays as I negotiated with my insurance company.

PRO Roofing was very professional throughout the process of replacing our large shed roof. Rain caused several delays and they kept us informed of necessary schedule changes. We were pleased with the outcome.

Daniel from Pro Roofing came out today. He went over the repairs and was very thorough. He notices a lot of leaves on my roof and even though I am not a customer yet, he used my blower and removed the leaves from the roof!!
I will probably choose a repair option soon when I get paid and would want only him to do the job. Daniel is honest as well as a kind man.

I am very pleased with the work done on my roof. It’s absolutely beautiful! They did a wonderful job in replacing my old roof with the new one. They cleaned up all the debris, and hauled off the old shingles. Satisfied customer!

We had a fantastic experience with Parker Roofing Options! They came out the next day to give us an estimate in Bristol, FL. Their proposal was low and they got our roof built way faster than expected. Highly recommend!!

I have used this company several times in the past 3 years and can confidently say their communication and work ethics have gone extremely down in the past year. I booked PRO to do work on my home on 5/18 for 5/22. 5/22 comes and NO ONE shows up, they then said the work will be complete 5/23... 5/23 comes and NO ONE shows up or contacts me, I contacted James Parker (owner) Monday night 5/25, thinking he would get back to me Tuesday morning with a response, instead he calls me at 5pm Tuesday evening with no resolution or apology, just excuses. They blamed their lack of correspondence on the weather, which was not a legitimate factor as it was not raining on 5/22 or 5/23. (And even if it was raining, convey the delay to the customer!) The job was urgent as I had an exposed hole that needed to be repaired and leaving it open for a week has caused more damage than I originally had.
I have never encountered this much negligence and extreme unprofessionalism from a company before.
If you are looking for a roof repair or a re-roof, there are several other more ethical, experienced and competent roofing companies in Tallahassee. I will never recommend them to anyone. Customers: do your due diligence and find a better company!
