Brian Willis worh Serve Pro North Leon County was the most patient, responsive, helpful professional I could have worked with after my fridge line busted and flooded my entire house. Both he (in the field) and Monica (in the office) were very helpful and again patient with me as I was in the midst of the crisis. I needed service today in my home regarding a mold situation . Ken and Lanier were excellent . I would highly recommend Servpro and request Ken and Lanier , very professional very knowledgeable.

Jacari and Jason were 5STAR Perfect they gave outstanding service the manager Mr. Samuel was kind and the price for the service call was $125 fair!

Jackeri, Andrew and another gentleman that assisted, but unfortunately did not get his name, did an outstanding job drying out my basement due to a septic tank issue. The servicemen did an outstanding job. They were courteous, fast and on site every day until water was removed. We worked mostly with Jacari Sykes and he was great.

Servpro was responsive to a water issue. Samuel was responsive and answered all my questions as I went through the remediation and removal process.

After a water line burst while we were out of town, SERVPRO rode in to the rescue. We had significant demolition work that had to be done which was led capably, competently and with great empathy by Ken. He communicated with me at every point through the process and helped us weather what was a true life crisis as an all-around good human being. (And he stayed calm when I wasn't.) He told me once "I think about your house every bit as much as you do." It was obvious in every way that he, in fact, did. Thank you Ken and SERVPRO (I'm going to invite him over after the house is all the way fixed.)

I would like to thank Jacari from ServPro for his hard work and professionalism. Jacari came out the night I discovered a pipe had burst in my home causing extensive water and mold damage. Jacari was prompt, explained exactly what he was doing, and very kind. Obviously I was upset and Jacari listened to me vent and provided solutions. Thank you.

Servpro did great job deep cleaning my brothers condo that was in deplorable condition. John was great to work with in getting an estimate. Earl & Jacari did a lot of the work can’t thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend!

Jacari was extremely professional and responsive. He arrived on time and explained what I should expect from their service and how long it would take the dehumidifier to dry out the water from my floors. I would definitely ServPro if I am in a similar situation again.

Serv-Pro came out with dehumidifiers the same day I called them. Jacari was attentive to the machinery and made moisture readings often. I feel his quick action helped minimize the damage from the water leak.

In the midst of our water calamity the people from Serve Pro were shining stars. They came immediately to fix our problems and stayed until the job was finished.
