I highly recommend Dustin Wells Construction for any kind of construction project. Dustin has done 2 small jobs and a total kitchen remodel for me. Dustin is honest, and he communicates clearly throughout your project. His subcontractors show up on time, work until the job is done, and then clean up. Dustin checks in in the morning to be sure the subcontractors know what they need to do, and then he comes back in the afternoon to make sure everything has been done right. He has many years of experience, and he understands every aspect of construction work. He is a creative problem solver, and he is flexible and accommodating when changes are needed. Dustin stands behind his work, and he wants you to be happy when the job is done. He has the same high standards for your job as he would have for his own home. 100% recommended!

My husband and I used Dustin Wells for our home renovations in July of 2022. From start to finish, Dustin and his team were professional and responsive. He helped us stay within our budget and the quality of work was outstanding. We had the floors replaced in our entire house, interior painting of most rooms, updated fixtures in master bath and kitchen, updated cabinets, and new countertops in bath and kitchen. We were thrilled with the results and continue to enjoy our beautifully updated home. One of the things that most impressed me was the constant communication of what had been done each day and the quick response to any questions we had. I initially contracted with Dustin to replace my rotten porch columns and railings, replace a French door with a sliding door and identify and repair two areas where we had water intruding into the house. Also, while he and his crew were here I asked if he would replace all of the exterior window trim which uncovered a very long list of unexpected prior workmanship issues that I won’t get into in this review. But let’s just say that the prior workmanship issues were the cause of the two leaks and caused more damage than we expected. But by the end of it Dustin and his crews completed all of the original contracted work and also had to make roof repairs, replace all of the siding and trim on my house and then have it painted. I also had him demolish and replace my deck with a larger one. Everything turned out great and I couldn’t be happier.
I’m so glad that I chose Dustin as my contractor. I can’t imagine going through all that we have been through over the last few months with anyone else. He has been great to work with, friendly, supportive, honest, respectful, detailed and his customer service is impeccable. Dustin was always available to answer all my questions no matter how long it took.
I will definitely call Dustin again for any future work I need done and I have and will continue to refer my friends to Dustin.

We hired Dustin Wells Construction to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Dustin's personnel and his subcontractors did excellent, professional work. The coordination of the project was also top notch, with no undue delays. Thomas, the project manager, is excellent to work with.

In preparation for the work, they put up containment (plastic sheeting) to keep the dust and mess confined to the work area. They also put down floor protection in the traffic areas.

The finished product looks amazing, like a bathroom you'd see in a magazine. We are very happy with it.

In comparing Dustin's work with other builders that I've hired in the past, I haven't found any other that can compete with the quality of his work and for a very reasonable price. Our home was ravaged by the tornadoes last May. We were referred to Dustin Wells by a roofer who came to review the damages to our home. That very same day I was put in touch with Dustin, and right away, I felt very at ease. He is very easy to talk to, personable, courteous and professional. We set a date to meet at our home.

Work on our home began in the beginning of February, and everything was completed by the second week of May, right on schedule! During the repairs, we were able to meet with Dustin and chat, go over any concerns or changes to the plan. He always made time. If there was a question or a concern, all I had to do was text esnd text message, and I would have a response that same day, most often within the hour! Thats unheard of for a big business. You feel like you're the only client!

Our house is better than it was before! It looks and feels just like a brand new build! The entire team, the subcontractors and the administrative staff are all super people to work with. Efficiency, professional workmanship, courtesy, thoroughness and attention to detail is what you get with Wells. They remain avaible to you even after the project has been completed, customer satisfaction is really what they aim for. Our house was presented to us, complete with a new front door mat, "Home" , and a lovely "Thank You" card as well, gifted by the construction team.

From the outset, Dustin and his associates spent time with us going into meticulous detail listening to what we wanted and providing valuable insight along the way. We ultimately decided to renovate our kitche, get rid of unused space in the dining room by building a butler pantry and renovate a bathroom. They kept us informed of any price changes and any diffuculties along the way that would impact his schedule. They worked with us to keep the dust down which was a huge positive for my wife. In the end, he created a project that is beautiful and on time!

Big bathroom renovation was completed on schedule. Workers came every day, cleaned up each day, meticulous. I'm very happy with the finished product.

Dustin and his people are by far the most professional and kind contractors I’ve ever worked with. My home was damaged in the May 10 tornadoes and my insurance company found another contractor to come out and rebuild the stairs to my home. They were the only way in and out of the house and there was water damage inside, so it had to be done quickly. Unfortunately, the company my insurance found did a total hack job, didn’t rebuild the way it was laid out before and thanks to finding Dustin, we later found out it wasn’t to code in many areas and was never permitted, engineered or inspected. Once I realized how this other company operated, I switched to Dustin and his team as soon as possible. The stairs were redone and permitted properly and they look amazing, the roof is safer than it was before, the floors and walls are nicer inside and out as well. He worked quickly and everyone I came in contact with, with whatever project, was friendly and did great work. I have some other projects in mind which I’ll be calling them back for too and I recommend them to anyone. Also, his family and PJ, their office manager, made me feel like family too. For such a nightmare to go through, they really saved the day.
