The office staff at Electrotech are truly awesome. You can tell they really do care about their employees and customers. I would definitely recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

They finished installing a new stove. I called them around 8am and they were at my door by 10:30am. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Their rates are fair and reasonable, as well. I highly recommend them.

Stay away from this electrical contractor! Beware! This contractor will quote one price and at the end try and collect more off the contract by SUING YOU in court. He will say that he did more than he estimated in the quote. Never mind the fact that he ( Jimmy Minor the owner) was never at job site, he left various “ electricians” at my home unsupervised and without directions. He has a judge his lawyer works with at the Leon County Courthouse, so anticipate a loss and filing an appeal in Court, if you so please. Stay away!!

I did not have a great experience with Electrotech. I have an electric driveway gate that needed to be rehung. We contacted Electrotech to come out and re hang it for us. I thought we were getting a quote but the guys went ahead and fixed it so we paid the bill. It was a little higher than I expected so later I asked for a breakdown of the charges. I was unaware that we were being billed for to travel time of the technician to come to my home. Also I was charged for the time that the technician stopped at Home Depot to shop for some parts that I didn't need. But Electrotech was nice enough to refund me the time that the technician was shopping and I would have given them 4 stars if it wasn't for this last issue. Two days after my gate was fixed it started scraping the concrete when it opened. So, I stopped using it and contacted Electrotech to ask them to come out and fix it. And I was told "Please call someone else to fix this problem". So now i'm out over $150 and my driveway gate still is not operational. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe you will have better luck than me.

I had a great experience with Electrotech. We had some electrical problems at our house and business. I had call a reputable electrical contractor to our house and office to figure out why certain lights didn’t work. The other electrical specialist couldn’t fix the problems. I called Electrotech and they sent There electricians. Electrotechs electricians were amazing. They fixed all our electrical issues. The owner also came to our house during hurricane Michael to fix our generator. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and fair pricing. I recommend Electrotech all the time. Dr. R. Willis.

Electrotech completed a major electrical repair at our home recently. We received a ballpark quote before the work was started. We waited 5 days for permits and locates, then the actual work took 4 1/2 days. Once the work was complete it took an additional week to get the invoiced due to the owner being on vacation. The final invoice was $500 shy of double what we were quoted. I feel the owner should have communicated sometime during the job that the price had exceeded his quote.

Called to have Mr. Dauphin come out to look at an irrigation issue and provide a repair quote. The visit lasted about 20 minutes, and at no point before or during the appointment was I told there would be a service call fee.

After presenting a repair quote off the top of his head, the technician then added a $250 service fee at the very end. When I questioned it, the fee was immediately reduced to $175, which was concerning. I paid to avoid further conflict, but I would not have agreed to a paid service call had this been disclosed upfront.

The fee was also not applied toward the cost of any repair work, which is something many companies do.

Overall, the lack of transparency around pricing and the way this was handled undermined trust. I would recommend confirming all fees in writing before scheduling with this company.

Great experience working with this company. They diagnosed my irritation problem quickly and had my system up and running in no time. The owner is very knowledgeable and customer service is top notch.

Nick Dauphin is a fine young man and was quick to respond to my contacts. He had to make many repairs to my irrigation system as well as creat a new zone and rewire my existing system. He did all that and replaced many sprinkler heads at a very reasonable cost. I don't think you will regret if you get Nick to help you with any irrigation system.

Nick is a top-tier professional. He responded quickly to our call about a leak in the yard. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and solved our problem perfectly. He cleanly removed an old, leaking backflow preventer and had the expertise to deal with a seized pipe without any issues. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I won't hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I have used a variety of services provided by the proprietor of this business, from flooring and drywall to painting and general rehabbing. I recently sold a rental property -- a mobile home -- that the tenants had totally trashed. He did everything required -- rewiring, plumbing, insulation, adding a deck, fixing leaks in the walls, installing flooring, installing doors, installing appliances. The end result was that it looked as good as new and sold for a decent price.

I have used this excellent handyman service and "top quality" is the appropriate name for his business. His integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic are outstanding. Services he has provided for me range from installing bamboo flooring, vinyl floors, interior painting, ceiling painting, installation of countertops, installation of window treatments, painting kitchen cabnetry, furniture modifications for handicap needs, etc. I will use his services again and again. Highly recommend!

This company is certainly one that went far beyond my expectations. William is an incredible hard working man. His professionalism, expertise, and work were exceptional. The tile flooring, backsplash in the kitchen and many more repairs in the house were amazing! Thank you William for all you did for us!

We recently had Will work on our ceiling that was damaged after hurricane Irma and we are beyond impressed- Will is professional, timely and his work is just amazing. We also had Will paint our whole house inside, he painted our kitchen cabinets, removed popcorn ceilings, got rid of carpets and installed new floors. I am beyond impressed at his work and his work ethic, I wholeheartedly would recommend him to anyone.
