We had French doors going to our back patio replaced this week. Dustin Wells Construction did an awesome job and were great to work with. Easy communication from the beginning all the way through. Couldn’t have been more pleased to work with them for our small project. I would not hesitate to have Dustin Wells Construction perform any future projects we have!

This guy is incompetent, disrespectful and a snake. He charged me hundreds of dollars to quote an easy job. I was desperate and he said it would be applied to the repair. He had good reviews online so what the heck I thought. When he gave me the quote I couldn’t my eyes it was 5x the cost that multiple other contractors later quoted me and 6x more than I ended up getting it fixed for. Of course I said no and asked for my money back. He refused. Said his time is cost money and nothing is free. Was very rude about it. He was only at my house for 10 mins! Shop elsewhere folks!!

I had a tree fall on my house and Dustin came to my rescue. He worked closely with my insurance agent and subsequently was enlisted to do more work for my carrier because of his integrity and appreciation of fine and honest service. His team is the best in Tallahassee—loyal—professional and trustworthy. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else!!

Fantastic experience with Dustin and his team. Very professional and we just love everything they did for us! We had SO many compliments in the neighborhood from the transformation! LOTS of squirrel repair, new columns, gutters patio door and some pretty paint. We LOVE it!

We engaged Dustin Wells for a complete remodel. Two complete bathroom remodels, all new flooring throughout (tile, hard wood), woodwork, doors and trim, paint throughout. Sun tunnels in family room to brighten a dreary room. His suppliers made our choices of materials an easy and pleasant experience. His crew was a pleasure to work with and were attentive to every detail. I just can't say enough about how pleased we are with our choise of contractors.

I think of Dustin Wells as the best local business man I've come across in my 50 years in Tallahassee. I wholeheartedly endorse Dustin's family design and construction services for its values, kind considerations and competent work. Every employee personally cared about their work and customer relations.

Most recently Dustin completely remodeled our bathroom and it came out great. We were kept informed, the subcontractors were well directed and completed good work. Its just so much nicer now and I feel the value of our home was greatly enhanced

Dustin Wells has an awesome crew that totally updated my deck. It is just what I wanted. They paid attention to each detail and the deck is stunning. The paint job was excellent, two coats and every board was covered! I could not be happier with Dustin Wells Construction!

We had hired another contractor to remodel our bathroom and he did terrible work. Sloped the floor badly, miscut tile, installed the shower mixing valve backwards, etc. After firing him, we hired DWC. They gave us a fair estimate and got to work. They accomodated our schedule and were very professional and polite throughout the entire process. When we weren't happy with even the smallest issue they bent over backwards to make it right and ensure we got the best imaginable finished product. Their craftsmenship and skill are top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a project large or small.

William Manning completed a roofing job which is still under warranty. after two years the roof leaked and he came to patch it. Fast forward another two years and the roof still has a leak in the same place. I contacted him to come by and rectify the issue and after a week he has yet to show. He has said he will be at the property on three different occasions and never has showed. He claimed he went to check on what he needs, but the security cameras proved him wrong. He still says he will show to see on what he needs before working on the roof (but supposedly he did).

Really impressed with CHCR Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL. Great response time for scheduling. Their duct cleaning service was effortless on our part, and we feel that we received good results and value. Richard was very professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Vincent from Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL, performed excellently on repairing our air conditioner, as well as cleaning the dryer vent and duct. He efficiently restored our air conditioning system and eliminated years of lint accumulation from the ducts. He elaborated on the dangers of moisture and the necessity of routine mold checks to avert black mold. Is evidently focused on mold remediation, removal, and testing. Their expertise and professionalism are admirable.

Recently had driveway repaird by Phillip and his crew. Phillip was specific in what they were going to do and they did exactly that. He and his crew did a great and they are great to get along with.

Had my 20 year old worn out, cracked driveway removed and replaced by PJ. He installed a parking pad and widened my driveway a little and still stayed under budget. He was on site the entire time. Super fast and detail oriented. I highly recommended him.

Phillip and his crew came out to pour concrete for our outdoor pavilion. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. Phillip was easy to work with and we look forward to working together again in the future if we ever need his services. 10/10

The crew did an excellent job in tearing out our old, curved driveway and formed up a bigger driveway. The job was completed in two days and the site was cleaned up. Very pleased.

We had Phillip and his crew out 2 years ago to pour us a new driveway . We were so pleased with his work we asked him to come out again and expand our front porch area so we could build a screened patio. We also had him pour a slab in our backyard for a gazebo and pour a new sidewalk out front. He did have a minor setback but, he overcame that to "get the job done" . All at a reasonable price. Phillip and team did a great job with a front walkway and a backyard pad, they not only prepped everything and hauled it all out quickly, but were very nice and communicative about the process. Very happy with the speed and quality!
