Whoever is in charge obviously knows little about plants. MANY MANY needed watering! And culling for bugs. Plus the mark down rack had no prices. A new garden center supervisor is desperately needed.

I had a really bad experience at the other Lowe’s on NE Capital Cr and after not finding what I wanted at HD, went to this Lowe’s. The associate was quick, personable and saved me money. He even helped me load my new table in my truck. Thank you for a great job.

Went in for a plant as a housewarming gift. Dear Lord if it's not dying it's dead out of bloom I know it's summer but even houseplants inside the store are dead and dying. And let's talk a little about pots stored outside in the weather The cardboard boxes literally falling apart had a box with pots inside coming down in front of me while walking the isles looking for an orchid pot

TallyMaids to the rescue should be there tagline! I am a Realtor in town and was desperate for a cleaning crew stat for a property that was not properly cleaned prior to closing. TallyMaids was able to get a team in that day! My buyers were so thankful and raved about how clean the home was! I’d give TallyMaids 10 stars if I could!

The first time they came, they did a very horrible job. They left bathrooms and dust uncleaned. Was very unhappy.

However, after I informed them of the bad job, Anika came and she did an AMAZING JOB. Cleaned everything they didn’t the first time in a timely manner and did it really well.

Overall, if Anika had came the first time, I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Tally Maids came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Great communication from start to finish. I’m very meticulous and initially, there were some oversights. After some feedback, my cleanings have been top notch. I highly recommend for a quality, professional, speedy service!

We reached out to Tally Maids shortly after closing on our new home to get a deep clean done prior to moving in. The ease of getting the appointment set up was amazing! One phone call got me scheduled and a profile set up for online access. Great, friendly, and prompt service!! It was an amazing feeling to walk into my new home with it being crystal clean and smelling fresh. This will not be our last time using Tally Maids. Planning to set them up on a regular cleaning service at the house. I highly recommend you all giving them a shout for your cleaning needs.

Tally Maids was great in every respect. I've tried 2 other home cleaners from Thumbtack and I was beyond impressed with the service I received from Tally Maids. The initial communication was great and the 2 cleaners were wonderful. They arrived on time and worked super hard. They did an excellent job! I strongly recommend.

We were helped by Anika when I was taking over a sublease. When we walked into the apartment it was incredibly filthy. The bathrooms were riddled with mold and the floors covered with dust. Anika made the apartment look brand new. She did an amazing job and she was very thorough. She was also sweet, personable, and and easy to work with. We are so happy we hired this company to clean the apartment for us. It gives us peace of mind as we move into this apartment that it has been cleaned so well. I highly recommend being helped by Anika.

Cannot express how wonderful the service was! I was in a pinch and they were out next day. Everyone I talked to was amazing! There was a mix up with the key and they waited patiently!! The cleaning itself was spotless!! Cannot truly write how amazing the service was!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This company does not care about their customers or their performance. They performed a deep clean for me twice and did not perform everything that they advertise for a deep clean. They refuse to provide me with a refund after everything was still not done as it should be after they came out a second time to clean. They advertise more than what was actually performed for me during a deep clean. The tile grout was not scrubbed , baseboards were still dirty , doorframes were still dirty, dirt/dust was still in the shower , shower was still dirty , toilet was not cleaned properly, the bedroom was not dusted , the bed was not made , the ceiling fans were still dirty , mirrors were not clean , no vacuuming was done under the bed, the floor is sticky , they left their trash laying around the house , appliances weren't wiped down/cleaned , counters weren't wiped down/cleaned, and that's just what was noticed in the short time I was at the house. I gave them two chances to perform a deep clean. They didn't complete it up to the standards that they have advertised for a deep clean. I want my house to be deep cleaned properly and thoroughly the first time. At this time I have to dispute their charge and hire someone to complete a proper deep clean. Dealing with this company has been an awful experience.

Tally Maids gets the job done right! We tried another service and were VERY disappointed. Kathi cleaned our home and did the job well. We are pleased she is our regular service cleaner and she does a great job every time! We told the owner about past service providers and he told us not to worry. He was right. We would highly recommend Tally Maids for your house cleaning. Thank you!!!! 😁

Miranda, Sandy, and Billijo were amazing!!! They deep cleaned my home before the arrival of my new baby and I was sooooo thankful and happy with their work! Cornelius was awesome to schedule and work with for our accommodations! We will definitely be using Tally Maids again!! Thank you guys sooo sooo much for all your work!!!

I requested a deep clean for my home, I haven't been home in over 18 days so you can only imagine the mess plus a I have a 6-year-old child that's a creative artist so one can only imagine the creative mess. Miranda (organizer/cleaner) was very detail oriented in cleaning/organizing my daughter's room the way she designed it is so beautifully attentive to creating an open well-structured area where toys can be easily accessed yet hidden from sight and organized.
KiKi (cleaner) and Anika (cleaner) Were very meticulous about my concerns when it came to addressing the floor and the bathtubs and Glass shower room as well as the kitchen. They took the necessary time to not just clean but treated my home as if it were theirs leaving no dust, dirt or grime. They are trustworthy and dependable women who deserve a raise to say the least, finding good employees like these are nearly impossible specially in Tallahassee area. I strongly recommend these women to anyone who needs above and beyond service who are courteous and polite. The work that they did is more valuable than the price they charged, totally worth it.

hired sandi under the table for 3 years. 8 months ago she asked to borrow my car temporarily as she hadn't made her car payments for 3 months and they repossessed it her car. I felt sorry for her and she kept my car since June 2023. She said it was temporary til she could get different car. Then she asked me for $1000 cash to pay her rent. I then asked if she could at least pay for insurance. She paid cash one time and then bought me cigarettes the next month. I have received no more money for anything else and she's under investigation for elder abuse charges. She lied to investigators and if it wasn't for investigators I would still not have my car back.she would say she was coming over to clean and bring money. Didn't happen. Tally Maids refuses to take my calls or investigators calls and sandi refuses to take investigation calls. She wouldn't accept my calls for a month. That's how I knew something was up really wrong.

Tally maids always over delivers, we never have any problems once the cleaners leave. They are professional and true to their word, when they say the cleaner will be at our home every Friday at 9, they’re there every Friday at 9. If we ever have any last minute schedule changes, they’re more than accommodating which is a god send in today’s professional workforce. Stay local and support businesses like Tally Maids!
