Booking was easy, fast and customizable! Anita and Kyndra went above and beyond doing our deep cleaning! They were both so sweet and personable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience , highly recommend tally maids to anyone:) We will definitely be booking again! Thankful we found this company!

Anita did an outstanding job on our home. She did a move out cleaning service and our home looks spotless! I would definitely recommend her, she worked so hard and we will definitely use her again!

Called to get a quote and was charge $249 for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom without including cleaning fridge or inside oven. I politely said I was not interested and immediately the guy hung up. They are very disrespectful and quite expensive. I chose to go with a cleaning service from the Tallahassee Mom’ s Facebook group. My cleaning lady came with recommendations from other moms in that group. I was quoted $100 compared to $249. Save your money and go else where!

I am extremely disappointed with Tally Maids and their unprofessionalism. I had scheduled a move-out cleaning, which is a critical service when you're trying to meet a deadline. Imagine my frustration when they canceled just 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive! To make matters worse, the man who called to inform me didn't seem to care at all, he just kept saying that he would be pissed off too. This lack of customer service and empathy is unacceptable. I would not recommend Tally Maids to anyone who values their time and expects reliable service.

We have been using Tallymaids to clean our vacation rental for several months now and are very pleased with their service. Tallymaids is reliable, responsive, and communicate well if there are any problems with our rental home. We also get great reviews from guests complimenting how clean our home is when they stay. We researched many cleaners in the area and received the best rate at Tallymaids. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning service.

We recently purchased a home that was not very well kept up on, and knew Tally Maids were just the team to call! We just got done with our move in clean from Briana, Alisha, and Breanna! All I can say is WOW!!! 🤩 The house looks completely different, you can tell the girls really took their time with the clean! 10/10 service, we will always choose Tally Maids when it comes to cleaning!!!

We’ve been using Tally Maids for about a year. We have the same two ladies every week. Anita and Carmen are wonderful. They are so hardworking, respectful, pleasant, and just lovely people. I often have my kids home while they're here and they're so sweet when my kids accidentally get in their way.
They offer an hourly declutterring and organizational service that I may take advantage of in the future.

I am not someone who regularly posts reviews but I want to let people who are looking for a cleaning service know about Tally Maids. We have been using Tally Maids for awhile now. We are consistently happy with the service. The owner is always readily available by phone to hear our suggestions and preferences. He works to meet our needs. We are very satisfied with the hardworking people who have done such a good job with cleaning our house.

Tally Maids has been the best cleaning service I have ever used. They help me with a short-term rental and they are always on point. Their attention to detail, communication, and flexibility to the different challenges of short-term rentals has been key to the success of my property.

I'm a new client and have contracted for cleaning the first Monday of every month so this was time and I'm very happy with Brianna work. She did a deep clean to start and was very fast and efficient and made sure I was satisfied with everything before she left. This 83 year old senior lady will be very happy to have a clean house every month. Highly recommend 👌

Top notch Tallahassee handyman services. installed a new door and a few window replacements. also had a toilet that had to be replaced. They were great. use them.
