I have used this service numerous times and am a completely satisfied customer. Miranda does an exceptional job going above and beyond to ensure my house is clean! It smells clean but not overpowering. Definitely recommend this service!

I had a move in clean "performed" about two months ago on a home I had just purchased. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but have been extremely busy with my move. Now that I'm finally getting settled in, I want to share my experience because I was extremely let down with this cleaning service.

I had an appointment set up and the woman arrived on time. I let her in and I was told I could leave, which I did because I had errands to do. Apparently, I should have stayed and supervised. They had given me a list of everything that was supposed to get cleaned and very little seemed to actually get done.

One of the main reasons I got this cleaning service was because I wanted the kitchen cleaned and the appliances cleaned inside and out. From the very start, I noticed that the top of the refrigerator was completely covered with dust after the clean. I would have expected that something as simple and obvious as that would have been done. As I opened the fridge, I could tell that nothing was really done with the inside. It still looked really dirty. The outside panel of the dishwasher was extremely gross as well and I don't think it had been given even a slight wipe down.

Before the cleaning, the bathroom toilets looked okay at a quick glance but if you took a closer look you would have noticed a decent amount of areas that could have been deep cleaned, which didn't happen. I also found leftover hair from the previous tenant on the bathroom counters.

I honestly don't know what she did if anything. She could have left my house as soon as left for errands and I wouldn't have known. It was over $200 down the drain. I really wanted to move into a clean house and not have to worry about that aspect. But unfortunately, I will have to clean everything they were supposed to clean and do it right.

Do not recommend. Probably not a good idea to leave them at your house unsupervised because who knows what exactly they are doing when your gone. I really wish they had done better here.

The cleaner we found through Tally Maids is absolutely wonderful! Her name is Sheena, I just love it the day she comes. Super thorough and leaves our home sparkling.

Wish I could give 0 stars but had to give a star just to leave a review. The cleaners never arrived. I tried calling multiple times for a better understanding and to even work out a different date for servicing but no one answered. The company ended up sending a long unwarranted message on how their cleaners were missing and how that was their priority concern and how I need to show humanity (I honestly think they were just saying that to cover up the fact that no one was ever coming or even bothered to call). I would’ve been understanding If the company had even the slightest amount of better customer service for paying customers. If this was the case why not even bother to offer to set up another date of service? Why send a long message without the customer even understanding or being updated on the situation? I thought the company would be perfect for me and my families needs. I was sadly mistaken. So extremely disappointed. I was so excited for the service and was hoping to become a regular. I do not recommend this company.

Tally Maids did an excellent job. They were on time, communicated everything clearly and made the appliances look brand new. Everything is clean and looks great.

Broke our stovetop, issued us a $100 refund but refused to take responsibility. Didn’t clean our sink OR wipe our counters off, and again, busted the glass on our stovetop (we bought the house, hired cleaners, came in and stovetop broken). They did do a great job with the fridge and freezer but neglected other things, no dusting, no counters, no sinks, floors still a mess…charged us nearly $500. We asked them to not do bedrooms, but this was honestly the worst service, quality, and nothing done about our stove. Frankly will be telling everybody in the area to use any other service, this was terrible overall.

I have been with Tally Maids for a few months now and wanted to wait to send a review to make sure the service was consistent. The owner has been amazing and the staff is great. I have to give a special shout out to Anika who cleaned my house yesterday. She was absolutely amazing and cleaned my house as if it were her house. She paid attention to detail and was very friendly. She even organized my kids stuffy animals on the bed which is not her responsibility. She did these designs with the paper towels and toilet paper like you would see on a cruise ship or at a resort on vacation which was cool. I definitely recommend Tally Maids!

Anika always does a great job and pays attention to detail. Booking is very easy and the pricing is super reasonable. I would genuinely recommend Tally Maids for both your regular and one-time cleanings.

I got the deep clean. my house was in a state that I was too embarrassed to have anyone over, I had neglected it for 4 years & in 1 day the cleaners made my house look & smell like new. My fridge looks like the day I bought it & I will hiring them to do a monthly cleaning to make sure it stays so clean.
